Physical therapists' evaluations will be possible by telemedicine but physical therapy will need to be done in the office. If you have been in an automobile accident in the state of New York, regardless of who is at fault, you are entitled to reimbursement from your insurance company for any damages incurred as a result of the accident.This includes any medical expenses that occur even after the accident.

Very nice staff! The people who work the front desk are very helpful even when it gets super busy The physical therapists are knowledgeable and the area is nice and clean, cleaning equipment constantly. All staff and patients wear masks. The doctors are there to help you and listen to your questions!

Excellent service there's a saying first impression count.park avenue truma truly stands out with excellent staff.on my first visit my right hand was swollen and in pain unable to fill out the form one of the staff member helped me. It makes a big difference to walk into a medical office and receive smile, how are you, this shows care and compassion thank you to all the management and staff keep up the good work.

Some of the people are friendly and helpful. However, the wait time is ridiculous I personally wouldn't mind the wait if it were to happen on a rare occasion. All my visits consist of a wait time of 2hrs and up. I've been going to this place for about 3 months and there is a HUGE turnover rate of receptionist which in my opinion is what led to poor attitude at the front desk.
I've seen them more attentive to their cellphones and engaged in chitchat then actually doing their job. I tremendously encourage the doctors to address and resolve the administrative aspect of their practice because there is no practice if all their clients go somewhere else with better service.

My experience at Park Ave Trauma has been great. The Doctors and their assistants are really thorough in their examinations and follow up visits. It can get really busy for the staff at times and yet when it's my turn to be seen I feel like I'm the only one there and not feeling rushed. You're the best T! The ladies at the front desk appear to have many many responsibilities, not just checking patients in, out and pulling files and yet remain pleasant with a good and sometimes funny sense of humor which, to me, can be hard to maintain with the public when being pulled in many directions. :) Kudos to the ladies at the front desk!
The physical therapy team is really great too! the PT team can also get very busy and yet they don't make their patients feel rushed and remain pleasant. They've been very attentive and focused whenever they've worked on me. Thank you PT team! So why 41/2 stars and not 5. :/ there was an acupuncturist at the facility and she was also very effective and now no longer there. I'm hoping the acupuncturist returns : )) or they hire another just as effective.

My father has been going to Park Ave Trauma for 9 years and he absolutely loves the service. The Doctors and receptionists are so caring and will do anything to make you feel comfortable. The Doctors are very responsive and the staff always treats him well. He would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy. The place has been very helpful in my fathers recovery since his accident. The environment and other patients make the place very friendly and humorous. Thank you so much for the great care!
