I waited over 2 hours to see Dr. Weimar and this was in the morning, there was 2 people ahead of me.and still no doctor. Nobody bothered to come in and say the doctor will be right with you, NOTHING! The lady I spoke with was very rude and I feel like my appointment wasn't that important.

Front office was very professional. Dr Dickerson actually listened to my problems and we are coming up with a plan of action.

This place is horrible! 1 star! They messed up a very serious surgery on me and now my pet snake isn't going to have a very well functioning mother! My spine has never been in worse shape. The staff treats their employees awfully as well.

My last visit was in January 2020. I waited to write a review thinking my thoughts on Dr. Weimar would pass but that's not the case. Thinking about Dr Weimar still makes me mad so I decided to write a review to warn others. Dr. Weimar is a total jerk. Doesn't want to hear what the patient has to say, even though I know my body and how it feels. I had no issue with the rest of the staff. Will not be going back.

Took my father in for a neurologist appointment. We arrived 30 min early (8:40 for a 9:10 appointment). Two hours later, we'd seen a nurse, but no doctor so we inquired on what was taking so long? We were politely informed that the dr was running behind. Seriously, what service or product has this level of disregard for people's time?

I don't know who needs to see this, but I sure hope it helps someone. Dr. Henry and his staff saved my life. I had an L5, S1 injury that put me on my stomach. I couldn't sit at all, and couldn't stand longer than a few minutes, and I was completely immobile. After a fusion on the lumbar, he found a cervical another that required a fusion as well. Both went very well.

I am 10 months post op lumbar and 4 months post op cervical and I am so happy with my results. They gave me my life back. We will never be the same again but we can most definitely be the best version of us. Thank you guys. I hope that hearing you saved someone, never gets old.

I came today with my dad for a new patient appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 11:30am we arrived on time with the paperwork for new patients filled out. At our arrival we were met by unpleasant staff, told us to wait in the vehicle due to Covid despite there being several people waiting in the waiting area sitting down. My dad and I went ahead and waited outside in the car.

We were told we would be called when the room was ready. Never gave us an estimated amount of time. We waited 45 minutes in the car. We then were called in, nurse did her intake. At 1:20pm we were still in the room and never saw the doctor. No apology, no ETA on the doctors arrival. We asked for an update and all we were told is that the doctor was running behind.

I work in healthcare myself and I understand that things happen. However a patient should be told there could be a long waiting period ahead of time, and also be given updates while we are there for a prolonged amount of time. People have jobs to return to and other responsibilities. Because situations such as these those who are sick choose to defer their care and not get the medical treatment they need.

Lumbar fusion follow up was rescheduled and done 3 weeks late. Found out I needed a lumbar MRI and another follow up (which I knew). Ron, their work comp person, didn't do his job for 3 weeks and sent absolutely nothing to my adjuster & only finally did after I placed several calls reaching out to a few different people there because nothing was done.

After he finally did this, 3 weeks late, he told me my follow up wasn't for another MONTH. Most places will have you back ASAP if you tell them you're having NEW pain and NEW symptoms AFTER surgery and they'll send you for testing and follow ups immediately. Apparently the people scheduling patients here don't see it as a priority. Surgery follow up done 3 weeks late.

Don't do their job for another 3 weeks after that. Schedule me for a follow up 4 weeks after that. So, apparently 2 appts that will probably take 10 minutes combined, somehow takes 10 WEEKS! If you expect to be seen after surgery if you're having new pain and symptoms, get timely responses, be scheduled in anywhere close to a reasonable time frame and not wait weeks for responses and a month to months for 5 minute appts then go elsewhere.

Seen dr barks she was thorough in her evaluation. But recommended injections instead of surgery. Got called from the injection side saying that the doctor would go over my referral and submit my paperwork with my insurance company and get back with me to see if my insurance would approve things and the staff is so lazy that they haven't even sent the paperwork to my insurance after 2 weeks. I should file patient neglect

I've always had a pleasant experience with this office. Dr. Dickerson and his staff are fantastic. I had an ACDF surgery done recently by Dickerson. His nurses always are good at getting back with my calls. I've experienced no problems post operatively getting my scripts refilled. Both Julie, and the symptomatic nurse Kristen have been wonderful to deal with.

Usually they call the same day, and always treat me with respect. Dr. Dickerson has the best bedside manor of any doctor I've ever seen. He truly does care, and does great work. Everyone has been a delight to deal with. Even their front office staff has always been friendly towards me. Thank You Abay Neuroscience Center.
