My husband was in the emergency room on Saturday morning, June 18, 2022. He had excellent care form all of the staff. Kudos to "Jake the paramedic, that was on call." Jake, took fantastic care oh him. Jake, was very patient and quite knowledge of my husbands salutation. Thank you, Missouri Delta and the Emergency room staff.

Horrible service I'm in here right now and everytime I ask for A cup of ice I wait 20 minutes. Took 6 hours for them yesterday to tell my husband anything on my surgery. Plus turned my oxygen off after I told them I was having breathing problems. Have not had anything to eat since sunday. They made sister leave I had her stay here with me because staff cannot do there jobs.

I will be suing you Mal pacitice. You nurse made me get up out of bed 2 days after surgery without helping made hold on to a pole to pull my self up on after doctor said not to use my stomach muscles then you nurse said if I were to fall she wouldn't been able to catch. Didn't check my reason for my high heart rate before sending me home. took hours for medication to be never had a bowel movement before sent home and still haven't had one. after the first time getting out of the bed the nurses stopped coming to help me get out of bed was made to get up with nobody else in the room almost falling.

If I could give no stars I definitely would do just that. This is the worst hospital I have come across ever. Their communication skills are worthless, they are rude, they don't do their job at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone period.

Your er needs to learn to stop playing and get things done. That goes for your Dr's also who sit around. Get people out as their stuff comes back. Also fix your iv pumps. My husband had to hold my iv the whole time to make it drip very unprofessional

Diagnostics take forever. Staff can be rude a nurse literally walked by us and said "you three come with me" an older woman walked past a patient three times when the patient was trying to ask her something. Wouldn't recommend at all no wonder their nickname is "Mo Kill Delta" they need to change things

If I could give this hospital no stars I would. My step dad went in for an outpatient surgery at 8:00am they didn't start prepping him until 1:45. It is now 6:20pm and he still hasn't been released. We live an hour and a half away. And I have been up since 4:00am this morning. I am very disappointed with this hospital and the lack of respect they show for peoples time. Hopefully I will never have to come here again.

I took the wrong medicine, a specialist only said come back in two weeks, no x-rays readable, told too be quiet and didn't want to hear it, deeply confused and hurt when I wasn't visited after surgery by the doc for a damage report. No way to know until after the cutting. This is a short version of the humiliation I went through. The one I delivered to the proper personnel took apprx. 2 hours.

It's really depressing that a handi cap, even if just a possibility, caused by mistake or otherwise, can be so easily unaddressed. To my knowledge, no act to comfort or communicate with me had not been qattempted. Is the reason for justice costing money so the poor can't seek it?

I had never heard of Missouri Delta until this past week when I got an appointment for a COVID shot #1. I drove the 2 hours from St. Louis today, arrived early, was taken in immediately, given a shot painlessly, waited the required 15 minutes, during which time someone came over and made an appointment for me for shot #2. Missouri Delta has my highest praise for a well-run, professional and welcoming facility.

The people there made me feel comfortable, they were friendly, the system worked smoothly. Congratulations on everyone connected with the COVID vaccine program. You proved that there is a sane and effective way to provide excellent medical care in these difficult times. I look forward to my return visit in mid-March. Again, my thanks to everyone there today (2/24)

On Tuesday 3/2/21, I was able to schedule an appointment for the Covid vaccine for Thursday 3/4/21. Pretty impressed with the ease in making an appointment & the friendly staff member who helped me. I live in St. Louis County & was so excited to finally get an appointment for the vaccine even though it was in Sikeston, Mo. On Thursday 3/4/21, I arrived around 2 pm for my 2:30 pm appointment (I knew I had to complete some paperwork before my appointment).

I'm amazed at how quickly everything went. The staff at the registration were very friendly & efficient.checking their list for my appointment & giving me a form to complete. I returned my completed form & was told wait here for a minute And then I was directed to the vaccine nurse, Rose, who gave me my vaccine! I was so surprised how quickly it happened!

Then I was directed to a large seating area with my Vaccine card to wait 15 minutes to see if I had any adverse reaction. The Foundation Director was verifying my email & cell phone # with me, scheduled my appointment for the 2nd vaccine, gave me an information bag along with a bottle of water & Tylenol. They thought of everything! I'm impressed with the efficiency of all the staff running this vaccine administration! Thanks so much! My drive from St. Louis County was worth it to receive such superb care

I visited Missouri Delta Medical Center in order to be given my first COVID shot. The gym where the shots were given was quite crowded, but I never felt that it was too busy to meet my needs. I was given attention almost immediately after entering the building and was ready to leave within about 30-60 minutes. Everyone with whom I interacted was very courteous and helpful. I will not hesitate to return to this facility for my 2nd shot.

Brought a veteran here today for back surgery. The hospital is extremely clean and a staff seems very attentive to patients needs! While staying here I went and visited the food service and bought breakfast. Breakfast was around $7 it included bacon and eggs tater tots and sausage was tasty and quite filling. My only bad experience here is mosquitoes in the hospital near the waiting room!

I wouldn't use the surgery waiting room if I could avoid it or if you could remember to bring a can of OFF! mosquito repellent. In my brief staying there today, which is extremely brief because of all the mosquitoes, I killed 7 mosquitoes in the waiting room and the hallway close to it. I got 3 mosquito bites on my legs. I did find a mosquito free environment when I went and got my food in the cafeteria for breakfast.

I told the young lady at the desk (a volunteer) that the mosquitoes were horrible. She called maintenance to see what could be done with it. Other people in the small waiting room were bit and one gentleman said he kill three mosquitoes already while sitting there. That was sort of a bit of a nightmare sitting in the waiting room. After I got some advice from the nurse from my buddy going into surgery, I chose to go outside and sit in the truck and listen to my radio for the approximate surgery time.

The hospital waiting room is actually located right beside to outside entrances! This explains the extreme number of mosquitoes in the waiting area for surgery, for the families of those going through surgery.
