Meet our friendly, experienced staff! Our pediatricians and medical staff are highly trained professionals, and maintain the highest level of accreditation in pediatrics to address the special needs of infants, children, and teens. The entire team is dedicated to helping you and your child feel at home from the moment your walk through the door.
We make every effort to schedule appointments for sick children on the same day that you call us. It's best to call in the morning between 8am and 9am during telephone hour if your child needs to be seen that day. When calling us to schedule your appointment please provide us with all of your concerns that you would like addressed so we may schedule the appropriate amount of time.
Well child visits are essential in ensuring the proper health and development of your child. These visits are designed to evaluate your child's growth, prevent disease and accidents, and provide anticipatory guidance. It is also your time to address any issues that may be of concern to you. Our practice follows the guidelines established by the American Academy of Pediatrics for well child exams and immunizations.

Been coming here since birth. We moved up near Sesame Place and still make the drive to Abington. I'm a nurse myself and love these docs! They are conservative in their care yet thorough. Always will get the right level of care. Wait times are usually super low. Office staff are very nice. Great office, clean, plus a fish tank for kids to marvel at while they're waiting. When my son got a concussion once, the doctor called us next day to check in. I know that is a growing practice, but it's not fully common yet! We will always continue here

Dr. Chanione is the absolute BEST doctor. He is always there to listen and treat on the clock or off. He is caring and genuine. All three of our kids loved him! They will be taking their kids someday to see Dr C. It is bittersweet that we had our last visit there this week because all of our kids are now 21+. Any patient who is cared for by Dr Chanione is truly lucky to be cared for by the BEST!

Always receive kindness and courtesy from the front desk/reception to the nurses to the physicians. Our appointments have been incredibly prompt too. And so helpful with answering questions and offering help. This practice is a breath of fresh air for our family after some very frustrating experiences at our previous ped.

I have been taking my kids here for years now, my oldest is going to be 17 this April. I honestly can't say enough good things about the care and concern that the front office, nurses, and Doctors have for my kids. My daughter is only a week old but I can confidently say she will be going to Abington Pediatrics for the foreseeable future. Every member of the team, from the receptionists to the physicians, is lovely. We've seen three doctors so far and each one has been so caring and warm while also being extremely knowledgeable. As a new parent, nothing is harder than ignoring the nagging voices that you are doing something wrong but when me and my wife picked Abington Pediatrics, I knew immediately it was the right decision.
