I highly recommend doctor Freeman for revision rhinoplasty. As the name of his practice implies/states he only does facial surgery. I first underwent septoplasty and rhinoplasty in 2003. This procedure was much longer than anticipated. During the surgery my physician found multiple breaks that he did not anticipate. A procedure that was meant to take an hour and a half ended up taking three and a half hours.

I was not given any post procedure instructions regarding nasal massage and had several noticeable lumps and bumps on the top of my nose afters surgery. My surgeon discounted them as normal and to be expected. I was fairly happy with the outcome. The primary goal of the procedure was to enable me to breathe better and this was achieved. However, around 2018 the structure of my nose began to change.

I noticed the tip of my nose began to move to the right and my once almost centered septum appear to have moved as well. It continued to shift until I decided to consult doctor Freeman. He explained why these changes were happening. We reviewed my before and after pictures from my first surgery which further demonstrated a notable shift in my septum and changed to the tip of my nose.

Doctor Freeman explained how he could revise my nose to improve the septum and tip of my nose. The revision required the use of a small piece of cartilage from my ear to stabilize the tip of my nose. Doctor Freeman did not use a sales pitch or scare tactics to convince me to get the procedure. He offered clear explanations and provided a realistic expectation of the results I could expect to achieve with the revision.

He emphasized that revision surgery is more difficult and set my exceptions at a realistic level. I booked my surgery later that week. The surgery went as doctor Freeman laid out during our consultation. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and office staff were friendly and accessible. I was given adequate pain medication to keep my pain at a minimum and experienced no nausea.

I was given written instructions on the different types of nasal massage necessary to care for my nose at each stage of healing. The before and after photos were impressive. I am extremely happy with the results which validate the decision to have a revision. The results far exceed that of my previous surgery. Doctor Freeman is a honest, confident, and experienced surgeon that provided me with an excellent rhinoplasty revision.

Consultation to surgery was pretty quick and easy so that was awesome. My nose looks good but it left a pretty evident scar in my nostril which I don't like : & the scar would have to be surgically removed so now my nostrils just don't look symmetrical, which I really don't like because I think it's noticeable - you can tell in the portrait picture I added which is my post-surgery picture.

The side profile picture shows my before and after of the bridge of my nose which I think turned out very well. My nose now fits my face a lot more, and he made it look more natural to me.

Dr freeman is a fantastic surgeon! He absolutely transformed my nose during my rhinoplasty. On surgery day, all the staff took very good care of me and made me feel extremely comfortable. Answered every question and made sure I was aware of everything that was happening. Having dr freeman do my rhinoplasty was the best decision I've made; I have so much more confidence!

So I'm not sure where to start. I received a rhinoplasty from doctor freeman. First my surgery took almost 5 hours. When I was told it was a two hour procedure 3 at most. My mom was waiting in the waiting room and was getting very concerned about what was taking so long and no one was updating her. I was told my septum was deviated so he had to fix it.

I had never had a issue breathing before my surgery now I can barely breath out of my right nostril. I'm assuming something went wrong in the surgery as to why it took so long. After healing for a couple months and as swelling went down I started to notice a bone like knot on my left side of my bridge. I was told it was swelling and was asked to come in for steroid shots in my nose (ouch).

I did two rounds of steroid shots. Every-time he told me my nose looked great when obviously it looked slightly deformed. I wasn't convinced it was swelling Because of how hard the knot was on my nose. After more swelling went down on my tip I noticed how uneven my nostrils really were. I was told it was due to uneven swelling and I'm 13 months post op and it looks the same.

And yes I stopped going to my appointments 8 months out for steroid shots because I figured he wasn't going to be able to fix my nose. Inside of my right nostril I have a hard piece sticking out I'm not sure if it's my septum or what it could be. I have a appointment with a different doctor to get the structure of my nose checked out and to see what's going on inside as well.

The coloring of my nose has never returned to normal it's always incredibly red to the point people ask me what happened to your nose. Lastly the attitude of most of the staff is bad and very unprofessional. Dr.freeman is arrogant. My before and after photos haven't been used anywhere over a year later. Which It was still very swollen in those photos so at that point my nose looked it's best. They pick and choose what they want to show.

Dr. Freeman and his staff are incredible! I had an accident and broke my nose and Dr. Freeman had to preform two surgeries on me to fix it. I must say that the end results now almost a year later look incredible. My nose is cute and I feel so much more confident and pretty! I'm SO grateful for the ladies and the anesthesiologists he works with; they're all the nicest people and go out of their way to make sure your comfortable. If you need or want a rhinoplasty done, look no further! Worth it!
