I had rhinoplasty done by Dr. Dahan. He had done a few of my gfs noses, which theirs came out great but of course, mine was NOT a success. It's been six years and consultation after consultation I'm being told I need a bone graft from my rib to fix his work approx. $16-45k I had returned to his office after a few years to point out the inconsistencies and how my nose literally leans to one side, in which he gloated about his "beautiful work" instead of offering another solution like possible filler or a second procedure.
I wish surgeons would be more upfront if the the procedure is too complex for them to take on. Anyways, it's been an insecurity since & has really taken a toll on my confidence to the point that even after six years, I feel the need to get it off my chest and write a Yelp review. Dr. Dahan, although nice and accomplished goals with other patients, sad to say that was not my case. Make sure you ask lots of questions and it's something YOU feel confident that he can work on.

DO NOT SEE DR. DAHAN. The first red flag should have been that he did not use gloves during my daughter's consultation while he touched her body. I found it very disturbing, he also did not wash his hands before or after examining the area. When surgery day came, I told the office I would be right outside in my truck working since they did not have WiFi. Hours went by and I started to see the staff leave as it was approaching the end of the day.
It concerned me but I waited a few more minutes thinking someone should call me soon and tell me how she's doing. I got out of my car, locked up and went to the door and it was locked and the lights were turned off. I grew so very concerned and called the office quite a few times and I can see their phone just ring and ring with nobody picking up.
On the other side of the building they have a Medspa and I knocked and knocked and knocked on the door and finally a woman comes out and unlocks it and I told her that my daughter is having surgery and there's nobody in the office. She let me in and i went around back to get back into Dahan's office. I decided to check every room imaginable and could not find her.
I called my daughter's partner who came down to help me look for her and we both scoured the office trying to find where she was yelling her name. We finally found one back room that's locked and started to bang on the door and the doctor comes out and says what is going on? We both told him you tell us what's going on your whole staff left and locked up the office while you have my daughter in surgery.
This whole situation did not feel right and nor was it right. He was just finishing up surgery. He came out and apologized but I continue to tell him that this was just very very very wrong. Not to have access to your daughter during her surgery through his staff was very wrong. This doctor also will not listen to anything you have to say. When my daughter was in the office for a follow up visit to check out the outcome of the surgery, the Dr. asked " Are you happy with your surgery results?" My daughter responds with a No, it was not.
The doctor proceeds to voice note his computer system saying that "the patient is very happy with her results" when that's the opposite of what she said to him. This is a Doctor Who is clearly a narcissist and each time my daughter told the doctor of her concerns the Dr. kept saying just wait, it will look great and it never did. This has taken me 3 years to write this because in our household we could never mention his name because we would feel such an ill feeling of the entire experience and how wrong it was.
This event took place Nov 2019 and have felt all this time we needed to let others know but now have had the healing to let it go and we needed to write this to close the chapter. Please do not see this Dr. If you are thinking about any surgery.

Hello, I was a patient for Rhinoplasty for Dr. Dahan back in 2018. And while I did write a great review then, let me explain why I lowered my rating. My nose looked it's absolute best after the swelling, and hence the great review. As time went on (perhaps a year) I noticed that there is a dent on the left top part of my bridge. Additionally, he did NOT align my nose to the best of his ability.
My nose is CROOKED. I did in fact being this up to him after my second post Op, and he said "I wanted to align the tip of your nose with the middle of your chin" and for that, my nose is 100% crooked and I have two absolutely different side profiles. I can not stand it and I will be getting a botched surgery next year to correct it. Now mind you, I do love my results but the different profiles are awful and it's something I deal with often in photos, videos, and just self awareness.
But the WORST part, was he left a stitch in my nose! It looked like a black dot so I always thought it was a nose hair, however it would swell and leave a small noticeable bump in my nostril. This year in fact ( 4 years it has been there) I was able to pull it out. It was very painful. Thankfully the bump is now gone, but how does a professional forget a very noticeable stitch? I personally would not recommend Dr. Dahan for Rhinoplasty. (Additional I can show you my before / after photos along with my crooked profile upon request)

I am 4 months post-rhinoplasty, and I am so pleased with the result! My nose looks so natural now and is more balanced with my facial features. I feel that I look more like "me" than ever before. Dr. Dahan is an exceptionally skilled surgeon and one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. His staff is extremely caring, as well. I am a return patient, too. He performed my abdominoplasty and breast lift about 10 years ago. I would give him 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Dr. Dahan!

Five stars isn't enough! If I could, I would give 100 stars! Dr. Dahan performed a tummy tuck with liposuction for me and I'll say he nailed it! I'm down 40lbs and now have that perfect hourglass shape I've always wanted. After having cervical cancer in my 40's, numerous surgeries, and three babies I was not happy with the way my body looked. But, I finally was able to wear a two piece in Mexico. Ended up getting so many compliments too!
When I began looking for a plastic surgeon, it was very important that previous patients had had amazing results. I was particularly concerned with the location of my tummy tuck incision. Dr. Dahan has great bedside manner. He is the most humble, knowledgeable doctor I've ever met. His staff is always pleasant and helpful. Specifically, Veronica, Ashley, & Genae who made each visit, phone call, and email seamless.
Not only were all staff members pleasant, they were informative, as was Dr. Dahan! The entire office made the process smooth and eased my worries before having a major operation. What was most important to me, was that Dr. Dahan would be there for me not only to perform the surgery, but after hours if I needed him. He made himself available nights and weekends.
When I did need to contact him, I didn't feel I was a nuisance. I interviewed numerous doctors in town over a span of 6 months; Dr. Dahan, hands-down checked all my boxes! During both interviews, Dr. Dahan took time to meet with my husband and I to answer, as you would imagine, our many questions. Most other doctors spent a max of 15 minutes for the consultation.
I don't like to feel rushed. Cannot stress enough Dr. Dahan has the BEST bedside manner. He even remembered my husband's name at each visit. His thoughtfulness and excellence will be remembered. I have been wanting to leave a review for a while now and finally figured it out. I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo to my flanks on October of 2021. I'm about 14 weeks out from my surgery and I can honestly say I'm so glad I chose Dr. Dahan to do my surgery. I went to many consultations in the Reno area before I decided on my surgeon.
My other consultations with other doctors in the area were very rushed and for such a major surgery I did not feel comfortable. Dr. Dahan changed that for me completely. His consultation was very thorough and he treats you so well. He will answer any questions you have. The surgery itself was very smooth. I'm very happy with my results. I had no complications at all.
While I was recovering I had concerns and he was very accessible even on the weekends or early morning. My concerns would turn out to be nothing but I'm very thankful he took time out of his personal days to get back to me and make me feel comfortable. My results from the tummy tuck get better and better with each passing week. I know they say tummy tucks aren't really a weight loss tool but since surgery I've lost 20 lbs.
This surgery has changed my life and I'm so thankful for Dr. Dahan and his staff. I plan on having my breasts done next and I will absolutely see him again. I hope this helps someone out there. Thank you!

Dr. Dahan is amazing, he came so highly recommended by family members that have visted his office, I had twins and my stomach was looking very sad and he not only gave me my pre baby stomach back but my confidence back as well, his staff was amazing throughout the entire surgery and aftercare especially Amber. He used Exparel for the surgery so I had minimal pain for weeks after my tummy tuck and lipo. He does his surgery in his office surgery center, making it feel more private and comfortable for the patient. Loved my experience!

Dr. Phillip Dahan is an amazing surgeon that pays attention to detail. I felt comfortable and not rushed deciding on my breast augmentation sizing. I wanted to increase my breast size and I didn't want to go too large. Dr. Phillip Dahan listened to my concerns and took the time to make sure I was completely certain on my decision with sizing. All in all, I am extremely happy with my results! Dr. Dahan's staff has been so kind during my whole process.

I found Dr. Dahan on my own just googling various plastic surgeons in the reno area. He had the best reviews and pictures of rhinoplasties. He was great through the entire process, answered my questions and took the appropriate time with me at each visit. With his advice and answers he gave me, I chose to have a Rhino septoplasty and chin implant.
I love my results and it all looks natural. I feel like he takes pride in his work and likes a challenge. I visited him many times over the year after my procedure as regular follow ups in the process. I happen to have to have 2 revisions, which I had no problem with doing. I understand that every surgery has risks and I appreciated that Dr. Dahan didn't over do it on reducing my nose too much in the initial surgery.
To me that shows that he is also careful and understands body tissues and his art. After the swelling went down over several months, we could see what needed to happen and we did a small revision in his office, to take a little more off, or rather to smooth the bridge of my nose. He was great to work with and we are now planning on getting my husband in for his nose too!
My husband has a more complicated situation, where the cartilage in his nose is failing and needs to be restructured. We are looking forward to my husbands procedure for this year.

First and foremost my results are absolutely AMAZING I got a tummy tuck and breast augmentation with full breast lifts and let me just say I look better than I did before I had my kids! I had been having some autoimmune issues and it was important for my health to have my breast implants removed. Dr. Dahan was very helpful with explaining everything, making me feel comfortable, and made sure to take extra care because of my sensitivities. It has been three weeks since removal of the implants and breast lift and I am very satisfied with the results! Dr. Dahan and his entire staff are so kind and caring, both in the front office and in the operating room. I felt very at ease and well taken care of during the entire process. Thank you everyone!

I just had my 6 month post op appointment today and I am still so impressed with Dr. Dahan and his staff. They are so kind, professional and very patient focused. I spent hours of research to find the right doctor for my breast lift and augmentation and I'm so glad I chose Dr. Dahan. I can't express how wonderful Dr. Phillip Dahan was during my facelift. He explained very thoroughly the whole procedure and didn't rush me at all. I had a bit of a complicated case, I had a breast reduction 20 years ago and my breasts started to bottom out under the scar. So I had a lift and a small implants put in because of deflation. I'm 3 weeks out of surgery and they look great and are feeling good. I had a lot of scar tissue that he had to deal with but they came out really well. The staff at the office and for surgery were amazing. Thank you so much.

I am extremely happy I found doctor Dahan! My breast is a special occasion with several problems and only a specialist could make it look beautiful. I am located in Santa Cruz California and I was looking for a doctor in Bay Area, Southern California, Las Vegas and Reno for over a year. Doctor Dahan was the only one who got back to me by email with a long message explaining in details what it was need to be done to get the results I wanted, while every other doctor had their assistant messaging me back with a "we cannot help you by email you need to come in for a consultation"!

I started off with a bad experience from the beginning. I would call the office and request a call back or an email back pertaining to something and would NEVER hear. In fact I called requesting to see before and after photos of the procedure I was interested in getting done. I called SIX times. All times I was promised that I would have these photos sent to me and not once did I get them.
I was finally showed one picture when I went in for my PAID consultation. The entire point was to save the consultation money if the photos weren't up to par with what I was wanting. Anyways, show up to my consult, lobby staff there is never the friendliest but after meeting with the doctor, I was in love. He is the NICEST guy ever. Very sweet, cracks jokes, very attentive.
His personality is the reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. I let him know I'm in search of chin lipo with DRAMATIC results. He told me he could give me that. He said he would remove the chin and neck fat and give me a defined shape around my jaw. He even talked me into another $1,000 procedure to tighten any loose skin. That is called thermitight.
I agreed because as I said before I want the most dramatic results. The consult made me feel great and they really did give me an awesome price so I felt ready to go through with it. I did the surgery. Felt great. Was very excited. My results seem to already look good the next morning after even though I was incredibly swollen. Now here we are three months later, chin lipo is supossed to be fully healed and the thermitight procedure should be showing its final result.
I LOOK THE SAME! I'll give it to him, he did warn me that 100% removal of the fat is impossible but he would get as much as possible. I was expecting my chin to look 80% better ESPECIALLY because I opted for the other procedure on top of it. But nope, I look 10% maybe 20% better and that's pushing it. For the thousands I wasted, I am extremely disappointed. In fact, I have opted to never do an elective cosmetic procedure again because of how turned off I am from it now. Too good to be true.

I had a breast augmentation yesterday with Dr. Dahan and I am so incredibly pleased with the results thus far! I was in very little pain the day after (mostly just soreness and tightness), but did take one day of my pain killers. On the second day (today) I've only been taking Tylenol and I feel fabulous! I appreciate the anti-nausea patch, which was placed near the back of my ear before surgery, and find that was (and is) a tremendous help (I have not once been nauseous). I enjoyed my procedure from start to finish and am so happy with the results as of today. Thank you Dr. Dahan and team for making this an easy and pleasant experience!

After years of moving from state to state for my husband's job, along with me having a new position every year in the medical field, the stress took its toll. My face showed lines around the eyes and sagging in the cheek and neck areas. I could not believe how much I had aged in 5 short years. Every time I looked in the mirror, it was very depressing, and I wondered how the aging happened so quickly. Moving back to Reno, I looked into a Refresh Lift with Dr. Dahan.
I knew he was a perfectionist with his work from his reputation. Botox and fillers I had in the past were not giving me the results I was looking for, so I booked a consultation with him. He examined my face and neck and explained what he could do to improve my appearance. Making the decision to go forward with surgery was not easy but I felt it would be the right thing to do.
There is quite a bit of swelling and bruising afterward. There is also numbness around the face and neck that takes months to resolve. Nevertheless, the results are excellent. Dr. Dahan and his staff are wonderful and caring and assisted me with any questions or concerns I had during the process. Dr. Dahan really cares about his patients and does everything possible to ensure you have a positive experience and outcome. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend Dr. Dahan for any procedure or surgery someone chooses to do.

Dr Dahan is an artist. His skill and eye are impeccable. He did my mastopexy (breast lift) and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the results. I am perfectly symmetrical, perfectly shaped, the perfect size and shape. Scars are so light, they're hard to see and I'm less than 6 months out. I'm not bragging -- it's all Dr Dahan. I have seen others who have had breast reductions and lifts with Dr Dahan. They all had the same great result I did.

Had breast implants put in and I am horribly disappointed.the pain was the worst ever, removing of the drain almost made me faint as. Y skin had grown around it, and for all the excruciating pain I went through all I've got to show for it are are two mis shaped. Oblong breast's. I am heartbroken Would not recommend

If I could give Dr. Dahan and his staff more than 5 stars I most definitely would! I feel so amazing and finally feel I fit into my body. I am 27yrs old, 5'4 and 120lbs. I got 445cc silicone HP submuscular implants. Dr. Dahan is a wonderful surgeon, he so kind caring and compassionate. He did everything possible to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and that I was happy and confortable.
There was a little issue with the hospital changing policy right before my surgery, but Dr. Dahan and his amazing staff made sure it was taken care of worry free. My breast augmentation is absolutely perfect and I couldn't be happier with my results and the whole process. He and his staff take so much pride into their work! I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I have had three surgeries with Dr. Dahan and they were all great. I have had two breast augmentations and lifts. The first was my fault. I went to big and my lift didn't stay because it was my skin that didn't hold it. So I paid a small fee within the year to get them reduced, and yes I had to pay for smaller implants because there was nothing wrong with the first ones.
We weren't so excited about the expense, but it is what it is if your looking to change something about yourself. I then had a tummy tuck, and then my husband had lipo suction and his hernia fixed because we trust Dr. Dahan, and for his hernia his insurance paid for most of it. All of my surgeries have turned out beautifully. He is genuinely kind, his staff is great, even when you're not.
I was cranky sometimes because of the pain, and they walked me through the trials of healing. I recommend Dr. Dahan anytime, and he will always be in my prayers and on my list to contact if I want something else done. But I'm good on surgeries for awhile :

I had a breast aug done and the scaring is horrible. My chest is fuller but I am completely embarrassed at how my breast look. I used every cream and antiscar product to no avail. I went in and had him do a procedure (which was an additional cost) where he removed the scar tissue and it still looks the same. He showed up late and used a small black roll of tape to trace to make the circle for my aerola.
I have spent over 10k on my chest and they look horrible. Him and his staff are very friendly but I am not satisfied with my procedures and I would not recommend him. He is too busy with higher priority clients.

I was a patient there, but have since left. I had implants done by Dahan and he made them different sizes (awkward and noticeable) and then they leaked. Madison in their office is horrible. She was not compassionate at all and didn't return my phone calls. I went somewhere else to have my implants removed and corrected. I also had Juvederm injections from Esther that left a small scar above my lip (it's been 5 years and the scar still there. permanent). Although Dr. Dahan is very nice, as a person, I'm sorry that I cannot recommend Dr. Dahan's practice for procedures.

Dr. Dahan and his staff made my daughter comfortable and helped change her life. As a 21 year old with breasts that were at least an E cup she has not been able to wear clothes or bathing suits that didn't make her feel old and frumpy. This year she bought a bathing suit and cant wait to go to the lake. Thank you Dr. Dahan for putting a smile on my girls face. Now I have to make sure she is not showing her perfect breasts to all the young men.
