Bone density scanning, also called dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (DXA) or bone densitometry, is an enhanced form of x-ray technology that is used to measure bone loss. DXA is today's established standard for measuring bone mineral density (BMD). DXA is most often performed on the lower spine and hips.
Mammography is a specific type of breast imaging that uses low-dose x-rays to detect cancer early-before women experience symptoms-when it is most treatable. Mammography plays a central part in the early detection of breast cancers because it can show changes in the breast up to two years before you or your physician can feel them.
Computed tomography (CT) is a diagnostic imaging test used to create detailed images of internal organs, bones, soft tissue and blood vessels. The cross-sectional images generated during a CT scan can be reformatted in multiple planes, and can even generate three-dimensional images which can be viewed on a computer monitor, printed on film or transferred to electronic media.

It was over before i even knew it and then was speaking with the radiologist about my test. The employee's were amazing and very much nice and helpful. As a matter of fact as i was getting ready to go in for the ct scan i looked over and seen a doctor and nurse sitting there dancing. It was nice to see them having fun at the same time taking care if other's.
The nurse that was dancing came in and told me they were practicing for this dance for charity type thing. I just smiled and told them to have fun abd not to break a leg. Just all around very nice and kind nurses and staff here.

This place is garbage but my main doctor only offered me two places this and the hospital. Next time I'll try the hospital. The front secretary is unprofessional she didn't acknowledge me and while in the phone she tries to solve things. I said thanks to her at the end and no response from her. The doctor when he came to discuss the results the first thing that came out of his mouth was "why are you here?".
I think that the good doctors first try to connect with patients and then tell the patients according to the results that they have in their computer (in front of them)how was everything. I'm not going in there ever again I was there yesterday he knows who I am. I feel sorry for the nice people that have to work with these two and their disgusting attitudes.

This place is a joke. They tell me they see nothing abnormal yet at a different institue they found a huge bone mass plain as day. They are unprofessional, always have an attitude, and are so quick to dismiss me every time i have to go there. I wonder how these doctors here got their degrees, i would not trust their judgement on your MRIs, CT scan, any of it. Please go some place else for second opinion before giving up on your search for medical answers.

I've been to ADR several times for MRI's to monitor my spine and brain. I have Transverse Myelitis and I was paralyzed on my right side. My insurance would no cover all of the costs. ADR turned me into collections and now since I am unable to pay $1500, I will most likely be facing jail time. I am working full time, a new homeowner, and I go to college full time. But ADR finds a way to knock me down! They would not work with me financially! All they care about is $$$$$$$$
