We work with three organizations for processing payments, so your bill will not come from Advanced Imaging. Depending on your procedure and location of your test, you will receive bills from Inland Imaging, Community Medical Center and/or MSN Healthcare Solutions. Once I was called back for my scan, I was placed on the table and my knee was rammed into the machine not only once, not only twice. but three times. I was not asked when my dr needed the results. I gave this place a 2nd chance- the first time they had me waiting for hours and then I asked what the problem was and I was told they must be running behind. WOW. no kidding! Strike one and two. no more. I will look to go elsewhere.

My experience at this location was awesome. From the moment I called about their services- I was treated professionally, my questions answered fully and both of the ladies who worked with me were incredibly kind. The facility was clean, brightly lit and they even offered warm cookies Thank you!

I'm not sure if I'll go to this location again. First, I was "processed" incorrectly. I caught it when the patient paperwork I needed to sign had the wrong last name and the wrong birth date listed (my date of birth wasn't even confirmed when she was entering information into the computer.) It took about another 15 minutes of questions/answers to get me in the computer correctly. Second, the TV was loud and other patients that were waiting were talking on their cell phones, watching/listening to stuff on their cell phones -- it was a bit chaotic!

Once I finally made it into the back (nearly 3 hours after first arriving, after I was told it would be a 45 min wait), the technician was sort of rude when I was confirming she understood my answer to one of her questions -- "That's what I said" - she snapped back at me. Yikes! All in all, the mammogram process itself was fine, and wasn't as bad as I expected but Advanced Imaging sure didn't give me confidence with the patient information error made at the beginning and then, the tech made me feel like crap! This is why I can't stand going in for any medical procedures ever.
