Today I came back for a CT Scan and everyone was so nice to me. Thank You AMI. Thank you so much. The check-in receptionist was very kind and understanding, especially about the importance of some people needing to wear a Mask still (myself), due to being more susceptible to catching Covid and other illnesses. It was a bit stressful in the waiting area when certain people without masks all crowded around.

I guess to each their own. I still need to be careful. Thank Goodness for Kind, Patient and Gentle CT Techs like Robbie who helped me today. He was able to put the IV in gently and I just thought about swimming in the Ocean and didnt really feel it that much. The steadiness of a gentle tech is so important because some people like myself have had too many needles all in a short time frame and it's traumatic and hurts. Robbie helped me so much! Thank-You Robbie!

The CT Scan went really well and a very calm gentle voice told me when to take my breaths and it helps to visualize swimming and breathing while swimming. At least for me that's what I do. Again, I am so grateful to all of this very kind and caring staff today-including Nicole who helped get me scheduled and listened to my frustrations and worries about trying to avoid a repeat of my last experience which was not good. Today was far Better! Thanks for ALL you Do! Best and Brightest Wishes to everyone at AMI ~

The Staffing is great. My beef is with the billing dept. So Ive had in a few months time a cat scan without contrast, with contrast, and a Pet scan done for my lungs. I also have insurance plus I've paid over 500.00 out of pocket. These scans were done over a year ago. Then I get a call in April stating I owed 900.+. I stated I hadn't had anything done in over a year.

The gentleman relied yes this is a year old bill. I asked why I never got sent a bill and then a year later get a phone call. Was told by this gentleman they sent me one bill out last year. WOW one bill. I'm human Ive could of misplaced it but a year. Then I ask for a copy of all that insurance had paid plus mine to see if our records matched. Nothing from them.

Then I get a letter in the mail from a bill collector. Livid I was. I called back to be informed they sent me two bills in the last year, . I told them I never got a bill and that I never got the information I requested. I did finally get the information but in the process was told several different stories by their employees. I have called them to pay the bill but was informed they couldn't take my money since it has gone to collection. Are you kidding me they are refusing payment in full. I can say I have switched to Bryan pulmonary imaging and haven't had an issue with billing at all

This was my first MRI at Advanced Medical Imaging and I was impressed with how seamless their process is. Everyone was very friendly and overall it was a very positive experience!

I had a thyroid ultrasound, dexa (bone density test) test and mammogram done on March 29. Yes, all three tests on one day. Checked in at 10 15 and was done by noon. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I think they offer all three tests at the hospital in the town I live in but I'm sure they would never schedule them consecutively or are unable to, so those tests would require three trips to the hospital or at least two trips. So nice to have them done at one place, one after another. And all staff was very helpful.

I am not very happy with this place, It has happened before that they keep me waiting. I was there on 3/10/22 for a Dexa and Mammogram. The Dexa took only 10 min. Then I went in the other room, i had my robe on and waited 20 min. One lady came in and they took her right away. What the heck. I went and asked a lady and she came and got me. I said did they forget about me again.

I don't like waiting that long. She said my appointment was 1:00 which it was not, it was 12:15 but it doesn't matter i was ready for a mammogram. They should have taken me in. I do not want to come back there, this happened before. I am tired of this. I only gave it 1 star because the Dexa he said would take 10 min and it did. They should have known that the Dexa wouldn't take long anyway.

They do work there. I almost got up and left, my husband was waiting for me. He even went to the desk and they didn't know anything. This place is not a good place to go. I WON'T BE BACK AND I WILL TELL MY DR THIS TOO!

I LOVE Advanced Medical Imaging! i have been getting my mammograms done there for about 10 years. It is like being at a spa, with the warm robes, bottled water and cookies. I had a MRI today and the technician was so sweet and caring. She explained everything that was going to happen, and let me pick out my own music to listen to during my procedure. (I chose Prince. lol) I would recommend Advanced Medical Imaging to anyone that is looking for a caring, comfortable, and professional Imaging center.

Maggie was WONDERFUL! Had a PET scan which was incredibly scary, but she was warm and straightforward and I enjoyed her wit. My radiation tech was wonderful also, welcomed my questions and was straightforward with the procedure. Thank you to both of you for making my experience less scary!

Great Experience. The staff was so fast, professional and very accommodating. I had to go in for a bioposy and then met with Dr. Williams for a consultation. I found out we would need to do another biopsy and they were able to get me in that same afternoon, to save me a trip back to Lincoln. Dr. William suggested removing the abnormal cells and the outpatient surgery went very smoothly and the recovery was just as easy. Emma my pre/post surgery nurse was amazing. She had water, coffee and a yogurt parfait ready for me when I woke up. I would recommend AMI to anyone, great staff!

SO IMPRESSED. The front desk people are OUTSTANDING! An older gentlemen was lost and came to the wrong place for his appointment, they printed a map with directions and explained it SO WELL to him, and they even called the correct place to let them know he was on his way and was just mixed up! What amazing staff members! Specifically, the two ladies at the front desk :

Lady on phone was nice. The employees were very friendly and nice. They have a special area for the women who come for mammograms. They give you a nice robe and you are offered tea, bottled water and cookies. They really took the time to make you feel special since you never know what the outcome of your test may be. I have always enjoyed coming here these past years for all my medical needs.

In the past I have always been very happy with the treatment I received here but my most recent visit was very disappointing. I went for a mammogram. The technician was rough when positioning me and caused a lot of pain especially to my shoulder. When she wanted me to move she would just push me. I understand mammograms are uncomfortable but this was painful beyond reason. Hopefully she won't be working there for long.

SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW. Waited an hour to make it past the FIRST waiting room. Yes, they have multiple. They are not very good at enforcing the social distancing policy either. Wish my doc would have referred me somewhere else. I will not be coming back here.

I went in for a yearly screening appointment on the wrong day. The kind receptionist offered to check open availability since I was already there. I was able to be seen within 30 minutes, and out the door in just over an hour. It was my mistake to arrive on the wrong date, and I appreciated their accommodating me.

The staff here are efficient and know their stuff. I went here for a CT scan of my knee. I walked in the door at 7am and was completely done and on my way to work by 7:25. I couldn't be happier with the efficiency of this facility!

Very slow. Arrived early, yet appt time came and went. There are no newspapers to read, just outdated magazines. The tv was turned off, because it was "offensive " to some. Once they left, we were never given the option to turn it back on. Front end staff, not the most pleasant, borderline of being rude actually. Its obvious when someone doesn't like their job.

The shuffle from waiting room to waiting room, to waiting room is redundant. This was not my first time here. This day they seemed excessively more unorganized than past times. I will definitely request another option for the next scan order.

My kids have had pains/sprains in their ankles and/or wrists. I have done walk-in here about 3 times, and we were in and out (of the x-rays) within 40 minutes each time, probably even less. I thought maybe I caught them on a good day the first time, but this third time, the initial waiting room was crowded, and told them I had to leave in 45 minutes for a music lesson.

They had me in and out quickly. I was impressed. They do move you from one waiting area to a check in station, then a second waiting room with snacks and water, which my kids love, and I appreciated as well. But they didn't even finish the snack when the technologist called them for the x-ray. I had the option to stay and wait another 10 minutes for the dr. to read the x-ray, or to leave and my own dr. call me with the results. I left and was pulling in my driveway when MY dr. called me back after AMI had called them with results. I have not used the other services they offer - just x-rays.

I went here multiple times for my knee and kept getting different answers. I had the tenex procedure done here and it was a complete waste of money. It doesn't work. I now am recovering from open knee surgery. I also had what they thought was a bursa sac on my knee. actually was a cyst on my tendon. If I told them my knee still hurt after follow up appointments they would tell me to go back on crutches and use my knee brace again which was totally pointless.

I worked with these people for 6 months and it was extremely difficult and I didn't get anywhere with them. If you have planter fasciitis / scar tissue in your knee, elbow, ankle, etc. don't ever get the tenex. It's pointless and you'll end up getting surgery down the road.

I've been having my sphenoid cath treatments there for my migraines. Everyone is so helpful and polite. The treatments are very helpful. I've had many procedures done here and I've been happy every time. My husband has also had procedures done here. We've always had wonderful care. I would recommend AMI to anyone for mammograms, guided MRIs, sphenoid caths, you won't be disappointed.

Slow. This is rather like a bunch of cattle moving through a feedlot. You move from one waiting room to another where you wait an wait. Remember to take your phone with you.

I'm so glad we went there-great experience! My daughter needed an x-ray of her elbow after she fell really hard and had pain that limited how much she used that arm for several days. The pediatrician wrote a script and said to take it to any of the hospitals, the orthopedic's office, or Advanced Medical Imaging. Normally I like to do my homework so I know what to expect and about how much it will cost. However, as with many medical procedures, that's just not possible.

We went to AMI because It was close and I thought it would be well run as an independent provider for x-Rays (and other medical imaging services). I don't know how much an x-ray costs elsewhere, but after my insurance discount, I paid less than $50 for what we needed. For a walk-in service, we waited less than half an hour to be seen AND there was a snack area that my 3 little ones could enjoy while their sister went for the x-ray. Thanks AMI!

So medical imaging isn't a niche anyone ever really is too happy about needing. This place was organized, pleasant, and thorough. On the way out the door I got a lovely rose. If I end up going back, I know I may not be joyful, but I also know they will do all they can so it doesn't suck any more than it has to
