This guy is definitely a crook. Clinic would not sell me hose for cpap until I made a $300 appointment. This thief doesn't know you can get this stuff on line.

Average doc. the patient portal is a mess and doesn't help the patient at all. they haven't really helped my sleepiness after 12 months. they only do virtual visits and they still cost an arm and a leg. frustrated.

He refuses to give any medical exemption for the Covid vaccine. I had Guillian Barre I should mention. But I was told he will not give ANY covid exemption form. Sounds like a doctor more worried about his own beliefs than someone who actually cares about patients.

After months of wait I was able to get appointment, I had to reach both my primary and their office multiple times to get everything cleared out. But finally I was able to schedule an appointment. Then this past week I spoke with someone at advance neuroscience clinic office to confirm the appointment which he told me it was at 330 and to make sure I show up 15 early just in case. Just to find out I was actually scheduled for 145. welp. Thanks for nothing

I have been Dr Guru's Patient for 15 years! The doctor, his Staff, and Administrators have always been very nice to me! I have no problems to complain about. His care as worked out for me very well. I have seen many others during my visits and his staff have always been very courteous to them as well.

Would not recommend to anyone. Makes appointments then get there and say we were no show for an appointment. The date of the no show was a Saturday. Also he decided to not take Medicare patients after billing mega bucks for hospital stay.

Dr. Gurru has a nice place. The staff was really nice, as well they should be if you have to pay each time you see that place. I would check to see if there is someone else that doesn't charge every time you see the doc for basically the same visit. Even though you pay a lot for insurance, the PA is pretty much all you see. Remember, call them to know how much you have to pay with each visit. Bring thy wallet.

Amended review: Best PA left. Dr is busier and is not as personal. I love this Office and Doctors! I once fired a Neurologist for being egotistical and talking at me instead of with me. Not here. They explain everything and discuss your issues. They truly listen. I was desperately for relief (not pain med, but corrective meds). This is the right place!

Edit: I am taking away 1 star because of the wait times. The wait times have increased and my last 3 appointments I have had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to even get in the room and then at least another 15 for the provider to come in. Once I fell asleep in the room because I had been waiting so long. The provider does apologize but when you have to apologize for the wait to every patient then something needs to be done.

I understand Dr.'s offices are busy. However with the trend of refusing to see patients who are more than 10 minutes late and making them reschedule it seems a bit ridiculous to make patients wait 45 minutes or longer to see the provider. My time is valuable too. If I have to wait 45 minutes anyway then being 10 minutes late shouldn't make one bit of difference.

Not that I am late. I am almost always early for my appointments. Original review: Advanced Neuroscience has helped me so much. The first sleep study was difficult as I was not used to being hooked up to all those wires. However they did get the information they needed and now that I am fitted with a CPAP my sleep has been much better. There is usually about a 15-30 minute wait which sucks but the staff is pleasant and helpful.

I have never had any issues with scheduling or seeing the providers. Once it was determined I needed a CPAP I went in and was fitted for the mask and the man explained everything to me about the machine and how to use it, how to access my data on the website, and how to keep it clean. I have no complaints about this provider and would recommend them.
