My appointment was great. They called to confirm my appointment for my ultrasound, wait time was pretty short, staff was friendly, and my experience was really smooth. Dyna, the ultrasound technician, was the best part of my appointment. I felt comfortable, she was informative, efficient and kind. 5 stars!

DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This radiology center is terrible! The front desk workers have no idea what is going on. Ever! Also, My wait was over 2 hours in the lobby (yes I had an appointment). They kept telling me the 'radiologist is VERY backed up' so I just sat there and kept waiting. When I was finally called back for my testing, the radiologist said 'its been such a slow day that I just got back from an extra long lunch. Really? So, I sat there the entire time. Anyways, they never sent the results of my test to the doctor.because they couldn't find the results. This place is just pathetic!

3 days after getting x-rayed for a suspected rib fracture, my doctor still hadn't received a reading from Advanced Radiology. X-ray tech seemed to do a thorough exam. None-the- less, 3 days during slow season, Sept., is inexcusable. What if I had a punctured lung? Note there was no one else waiting for an exam when I came in. Update: Finally after 6 days I went back to the radiology office and had a copy of my report printed out.

There were no other pts getting any exam for the 20 mins I had to wait. 3 broken ribs but fortunately no lung puncture. My ordering Dr still hadn't received a report. Need I say more?

My experience at Advanced Radiology was very pleasant. From the girls at check in to the Doctor and all those involved in between with my MRI. I would recommend This establishment to anyone who needs Radiology testing.

How about no stars. I made an appointment 10 days before I was supposed to go in. Once I reached my destination, I found out that nobody had made the appointment. They had absolutely no record of me calling or making the appointment. Now that my schedule is so tight, there's absolutely no way I can have this appointment done. I've been waiting for six months, and now I won't be able to have it done. They only do my Radiology three days a week and those are the three worst days for me. Thanks for nothing.

I went to get a mammeogram on January 24th. It is now Feb. 15th, 22 days later and I was told when I called Monday that the radiologist has not read it yet. I told the receptionist that 20 days, at that time, was unacceptable and her remark was well we are in the busy season. I said, sorry it is still unacceptable. Up North they call us in 3 days if we need to come back. What happen to early detection?

Rest assured that when they do your MRI imaging, if it needs contrast and the first person can't get a vein, that person will call someone else that will stick you to the tune of 8 more times leaving you bruised from one end of your arms to the other end. Exactly 1 month later they send a bill that is $3,000.00 more than their original quote (in writing).

When you approach them on their error they have quite the attitude at the front desk. I wish I would have read the reviews further and acted on previous reviews. BEWARE. An older gentleman named George got the billing squared away but they did Bill my insurance company almost $4,000. So if you need anything corrected speak to George.

It took 3.5 hours for me to get a wrist X-ray. There were only two people waiting when I got there and everyone that came in after me were seen first (without an appointment). 3 weeks later and still haven't gotten the results. The person I talked to today, Brittany, lied through her teeth and refused to let us talk to a person in charge. Overall poor service and it takes over a month to get your results to your doctor.

I made an appointment in February for April. Went today for the appointment I scheduled - the gal helping me said I wasn't on the schedule - even though they pulled the paper work and it showed I did have appointment. Seems the gal who was helping me check in was the one I spoke to in February - she didn't put me on the schedule - - then expected me to wait 2 1/2 hours to get done today - ridiculous. I'm looking for another place that has employees who do their jobs properly.

Nov. 2015 I had a really good experience here today. The staff was friendly, visit was timely, thorough, and very informative asap. I had mammogram, and ultra sound which was read by the radiologist right after the findings were available. I got good news and didn't have to wait for results to be sent elsewhere to be evaluated. I will be returning there in six months for my next exams.
