First appointment with the doctor, I had a 50 minute wait. The receptionist both were rude. I dared to ask why I was waiting so long and she rolled the glass window in front of my face. Today was my second appointment and again a 30 minute wait. I asked again why I am waiting? What is the purpose of booking g an appointment if I am waiting over 30 minutes.
She replies, your complaints to Dr. Glatt. She rolls the window back up and kept stuffing her face. Needless to day I left, I ever got my appointment and I am looking for a new doctor.

AWFUL! RUDE! INSENSITIVE! I can't believe a doctors office would hire two people who are completely rude and are not able to complete a simple task of asking for medical records. NANCY and HEIDI are two that I spoke to today and they were both erratic and didn't understand my request. After being placed on multiple holds Nancy stated that Heidi was yelling in the background and put me on hold again.
I am helping an elderly friend collect information for a wrongful death/Oxy lawsuit and it was a simple request that they didn't complete on time. On top of that give me attitude! These two employees and the whole doctors office should be shut down! No wonder there are two different companies on yelp to review. Which I would be placing on the others as well.
I would just call them both "KARENS"! P LEASE DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANTED TO BE TREATED THE WAY I DID FOR A SIMPLE TASK! HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES ESPECIALLY IN THE MEDICAL FIELD! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!

My primary physician Dr. William Glatt is an excellent doctor and a compassionate human being as well. I don't take this stuff for granted so I'm happy and grateful to have found him. I sometimes see Nurse Practitioner Susan Novales in the same office and have confidence in her also. Haven't been seen by Dr.(s) Daniel or Andrew Glatt so far but if they are anything like their Dad I would highly recommend them too. Staff here is nice to me and parking outside is decent. Might have to walk a bit sometimes but not too far.

I've been going to Glatt medical for the last couple of years and am very fortunate to have found such a great primary care physician. The entire staff are genuinely caring and compassionate. I've had appointment with Dr. William Glatt, Dr. Andrew Glatt, and Susan Morales P.A. and they have each always taken the time to address my concerns and when needed, have been able to provide referrals the best specialist in the area.
There is also Dr. Daniel Glatt whom I haven't personally seen but he is my wife's PCP and she tells me he's great as well. Dr. William Glatt is accredited in addiction medicine as well as pain management which is a huge plus if you've been living with pain and have been suffering because you are afraid of the possibility of becoming addicted to painkillers.

Andrew Glatt, reasonable, compassionate, pro-active physician. The front desk staff? - these are the the people who make going to the doctor miserable. Unreasonable delays in forwarding approvals for prescriptions at cost, circular logic regarding staging of appointments with external specialists, surly retorts during the appointment making process, and otherwise experts at executing lackey's revenge on patients.
If like most of us, you're struggling to navigate through your insurance provider's website and think you've stumbled on a winner just because the doctor actually exists, don't settle. Keep moving. Sorry Andrew.fire the staff, get some people who can do their job with compassion and competence.
