If you are new patient, forget it. $ 3900/yr in addition to your monthly insurance premiums. Who has that kind of money? Also doesn't take any more Medicare patients as of May 2018. Money-hungry practice!

This practice cared about my personal health concerns and took extra time answering all of my questions. The nurse practitioner is who I saw, and she made me feel safe and confident in asking personal question. I recommend this practice
