Dr. Paul A. Blair is Medical Director of his facial plastic surgery practice and Alex Alexa MediSpa in Hurricane West Virginia. He added a medical spa component to his facial cosmetic services practice to help his patients have access to quality non-surgical aesthetic services, including medical grade facials, peels, skincare products, injectables and laser services.
Dr. Paul Blair is board certified in both Facial Plastic Surgery and Ear Nose and Throat surgery. He was born and raised in West Virginia, and studied at WVU for both his undergraduate work and medical school. Dr. Blair moved back to Huntington in 1988, where he has practiced since. In 2003, he moved his practice to Teays Valley, where he has a brand new office and state of the art facilities, along with Alex Alexa Medical Spa.

Alex Alexa medical spa opened in 2003 in Teays Valley, WV. Drs. Blair and Kurucz are the medical directors, with a combined 37 years of experience. They wanted to create a medical spa where clients could come and experience the latest technology and techniques in an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation.
