Meet our team at All Children Pediatrics! Please take a few moments to learn about our skilled practitioners and our friendly, nurturing staff. At All Children Pediatrics, we consider it both a great joy and responsibility to care for children. Most of us are parents ourselves, so we strive to be understanding and available to the families we are privileged to serve.
From routine checkups to immunizations, All Children Pediatrics is equipped to handle all of your child's health needs. We offer all major pediatric services such as Physicals, Allergy Shots, Check-Ups, Wart and skin tag removal, etc. In addition, we have on staff two Certified Lactation Consultants, Missy Hawes ARNP-C, IBCLC and Dr. Claire E. Cowley, M.D., CLC.
Our friendly, knowledgeable staff works hard to make your visits to our office as smooth as possible. For medication refills of CONTROLLED Substances, please call the office during working hours only. We require 5 days notice to authorize the refill. For all other refills, call your Pharmacy. They will notify of us of your request even if your current prescription has no refills left.
Even though it's summer time, we have already begun to think about the upcoming flu season. The CDC recommends that everyone receive the Flu vaccine, not just high risk individuals. What is different about the upcoming Flu vaccination season? The AAP has recommended that all children 6 months of age and older receive either the flu shot or the FluMist.

The doctors, APRNs, and lactation consultants are fantastic! We were recommended by our GP and later found that so many people we know also trust this practice!

Dr. Missy Hawes is incredible. She goes above and beyond for my daughter and I'm so thankful for the care she provides. She is knowledgeable, personable and truly cares about her patients.

We had been visiting this office continuously for more than three years. In the past year we made the decision to switch to another Pediatrician. Below issues are just a few of the issues that had been previously raised to All Children in writing. Sadly, we did not receive any response. Perhaps it is time to summarize our frustrations publicly now. 1) Despite the fees for our visit on July 15th were mostly paid by our insurance on July 20th, we still received multiple statements demanding the entire, pre-insurance payment for this visit for many months.

We have a very demanding day time job. We simply cannot afford the time to call your office for explanation for every visit. 2) Alas, the well-being questionnaire I filled in on July 15th cost us $54! Is this coded as non-preventative? Should it be charged to us? Had I known the financial meaning of that questionnaire, I would have kept it in my pocket!

There are plenty of well-being questionnaires online I can take for free. There have been countless times I had to raise the questions regarding your bills to our insurer. I spoke with our insurer who confirmed that the $54 is supposed to be a non-billable charge. Our insurance company attempted to call your billing office only to be greeted with a message "the voice mail is full".

We want to bring this matter to your attention since your billing office has been a source of frustration for us. Perhaps your office could correct this systematic mistake so others do not have to experience what we had experienced!

We love All Children Pediatrics! Such sweet staff and Dr. Blair is the greatest! He always takes time with his patients and makes each visit a fun experience even if the kids are feeling puny. Highly recommend ACP!

Our girls have been patients here for a few years and we always have good experiences, but today I called to ask a medical question and spoke with Connie. She was so nice and helpful and really made me feel better about a stressful situation. She talked to me like a person and not just a patient. I am very thankful for her and all the staff.

It makes me sad to write this review. We have been with ACP for 2 years now. It might have to do with the pandemic, I'm sure there is always two sides to the story but I'm writing the review off our family's experience. They gave us the BEST care when we first moved here and all through 2020. The front desk staff was always friendly and kind. Always willing to go above and beyond for us.

If I had questions doctors, nurse and staff would take time to answer my questions. It wasn't till 2021 things started going down hill. I was told I had a bill for 130 that I would need to pay it before my office visit. I said I would pay it before our appointment in office. I was told it was 170 went I got there( this didn't include my copay for the visit we where there for) I asked what the other charges where and the nurse got very upset with me.

Just telling me my charges and not showing me the print out of the receipt. It made me feel really uncomfortable and it felt shady. I just played the last experience as that CSR was just having a bad day and just tried to move past it. So my husband took our son in for a sick visit. When the appointment was over we where charged around 130 dollars ( again not including our copay) and they made him pay before he left.

That's never happened before. They always send it through insurance first. we have had two incidents when doctors have given my children medicine in office that have cost me a lot of money when they could of written me a prescription or I could of bought it over the counter for half the price around the corner at the CVS. Maybe I wouldn't of thought a thing about it if we where not getting such quality care before. We made the choice to find a new pediatrician for our family though.

Amazing care provided from the moment you arrive to the moment that you leave. The entire staff is so helpful and have a lot of patience. I would like to give a special shot out to Lindsey (front desk) who went above and beyond to make sure checking by myself in with a toddler was a seamless and fast process.

Missy is the best! She is intact friendly and home birth friendly as well as very knowledgeable about breast feeding. She has helped me with my son who presented with a learning delay and got us into the First Steps program. He was diagnosed with autism early on and getting the care he needs to lead a normal life. I will only take my son to her.

There are some great doctors at this establishment, but as of late, my child is not getting the treatment he needs. If I take off work with my child, it is in hopes he can get the medication or assistance he needs. With this in mind, my oldest child was seen a month ago with the same issue and fever, as well as cough. I had suggested he might need antibiotics at this point (at least noted 3x).

I got the typical, let's see how this goes, and meds will not help. Once again we were given some cough syrup. Who can keep their child home all the time (he has a fever) and take off, as well as continue visiting a dr. How hard is it to try antibiotics a second time?

Long waits for well and sick visits. My last and final 4 month well check was over an hour wait so I told them I needed to leave. Instead they sent in a different doctor. Dr. Wampler. I'm not sure if he was mad that he had to see us or what was going on but he was abusive to my son. He was flipping him all over very rough and shoved the otoscope deep in his ear very aggressively which caused my baby to scream (the otoscope doesn't usually bother him).

This was the 2nd time we saw him and both times he was short and rude with us but the abusive behavior was awful and I wanted to warn others. We did have a better experience with the NP at previous visits but even the wait for her was ridiculous.

I've had great success taking both of my kids there since we moved here in 2010. My kids are listened to as teenagers and because of that the entire family is on board when making medical decisions. What a wonderful place. I highly recommend it.

I stumbled on the reviews looking up their address for a document and was stunned by negative comments. So I felt I had to leave a review. No place is perfect- Dr. Cowley doesn't listen to me or respect my mother's intuition, and I've avoided Jenny since she threatened a formula push on my first newborn (and I went on to successfully breastfeed 3 perpetually low-weight crazy healthy kids- still lightweights in elementary school)!

But that was 9 years ago and maybe she's changed. We've had nothing but positive experiences with everyone else on staff, and Missy and Dr. Wampler are the two best pediatric clinicians I've ever dealt with. If they were the only two good apples there we'd still give the practice five stars. I'm convinced if Dr. Wampler weren't so current on research my daughter would have developed asthma.

I had been going to this office for Almost 15 years. Just added my newborn baby girl. went for checkup and was greeted with a bill verses first being checked in for my appointment. In all my years this was never priority and was advised I could handle later or at checkout. I hadn't even received the billing it was so current. But was advised I couldn't get service until the bill was resolved.

I went ahead and paid the bill in full. Then they advised me she didn't have insurance. I called and learned there was an issue with her fathers insurance adding her. Instead of offering to help work out with insurance I was advised by the billing supervisor I couldn't get my newborn seen. I wasn't pulled aside to discuss any of this, it was All presented in the waiting room in front of staff and All.

So embarrassing and unprofessional. Office Manager didn't call back within in 24 hrs. Clearly they are doing well and see $$$$ verses Members/Patients. You would think my tenure would have spoke for something and showed good faith for billing. Plus the fact that my son has coverage and was a current patient. So hurt and disappointed.

Stay away. One doctor in this group needs serious help. Endangered my child and was completely rude to my wife. We went to another nearby pediatrician and have had zero problems since.

We like all the doctors and nurse practitioners that we have seen. They are very responsive to clinical questions and have flexible hours which are great for working parents. I highly recommend this practice!

We have been taking our three children to All Children for the past seven years. The flexible evening hours are amazing for working parents. Getting appointments is so easy! Even same day! My kids love Dr. Wampler. The other doctors and staff are just as amazing also. I've referred many friends and colleagues to them and they haven't been disappointed! I also love that there's an office in Spencer County to better serve our community. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

Love this practice. All the docs have been great with our child that is sometimes hard to diagnose because of allergies and asthma. The docs have always given great care with good bedside manner.

We used to use all children's but we realized that most of the doctors in the practice are not good with special cases. They are great for "typical" kids just needing check ups. Wish we had realized this about a year ago.
