I rate my experience a 0 if I could. I recently had to go see Dr. Kopelman and it seems like the office is ran by a somewhatpale lady who looks out onto all the rooms. I recall her chair being on wheels so she can reach everything within a 10 foot reach. She was snappy, angry, mean, have to be in control type of person. She yelled at me over something she was wrong about and I know she was wrong due to the massive amount of knowledge I have in the pharmaceutical field.

Also I talked with Dr. KOPELMAN after this and I left the Dr.s office with nothing but a cast on my foot that fell off the next day in my sleep. I paid $45 co pay for each visit also when with my insurance should have been no co pay for an appt that the dr. Requests. That's when I called FL Blue 60 and r reported this woman to the insurance company for false billing.

The BBB, and I even wrote the large clinic where she doesn't work but Dr. Kopelman does. He is a great Dr. However that lady scares me. So this is what happened and why I'll never go back. Dr. KOPELMAN gave her an order to call me in some meds and she knew I was in terrible pain however it her priority to make sure that I didn't get those meds so I would suffer.

This woman is obese, and im sure had been there for ever and she was loud and swinging her arms around trying to explain to me that due to the fact that I was on a Cns. There was nothing for pain that I could leave with. I have PTSD from this woman whom yelled at me and was mistaken She is the reason I will never go to that office again!
