I don't recall having extreme wait times. They have had a name change so I'm assuming they have been acquired by a larger company. No real complaints, allergy shots are quick. Once I ended up back on the same elevator I had just gotten off on.

I have told this office for over 6 months that they have the wrong number and need to stop sharing patient information with me on my voicemail because I am not the patient. I don't understand how this does not break Dr. patient confidentiality. They call me every month and leave information on my voicemail for someone else who is actually a patient there.

I'm not a patient. I have notified them of that fact every time the call my phone with the wrong number. I highly suggest you guys go find another doctor if you do not want your personal business shared with complete strangers because they're too stupid to correct the phone number.

The nurse practitioner was very rude during my visit. I told her this is my first visit and asked what should I expect to happen for my child, when I asked about how many pricks she laughed and walked off. Facility needs ethics training because if someone of color asks I don't expected to laughed at and my questioned not answered.

Appointment was for 11am. Didn't go back until 1230. It's now 1pm and still haven't seen a Dr. We are not new patients. this is unacceptable.

If you get a referral here - ask for a different allergist referral! I wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted over two hours of my morning. I had an appointment at 10AM. I arrived at 9:55AM. I left at 10:45AM. Reading the reviews it seems to be a persistent problem with unacceptable waiting times. I cannot comment on the expertise of the doctors but I can say this doctor's office isn't respectful of its patient's time. I'm going to get a new referral to a different allergist who has competent patient scheduling.

Terrible experience at this practice, I moved to Memphis and transferred from a practice in Colorado. The office staff and doctor here did not follow up on the transfer and tried to get me to restart my 5 year treatment that I was already 3 years in to. Upon getting pregnant I had requested their records since I had transferred care, only to find out they had never requested them from my previous practice and had made up on injection schedule for me with my vials, which they did not know the contents of. I will never go to this practice again and have them to thank for 3 years and thousands of dollars down the drain due to their lack of care in my treatment.

I had a great experience with Dr Leiberman. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and thorough. Unfortunately when I had to return for a sick visit he was not in office. The NP did her best to help me but the doc she brought in to consult made me feel like a fool. Bedside manner was so disappointing. I will not return there for fear of having Dr Hill address my needs again.

Been going to this group since I was 3 and I am now 50! They are truly the best and most compassionate about what they do - Nurse Practitioners included! They are all wonderful and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Only way to communicate with these people is through fax?! I mean come on it's 2017. I was told we are not set up for email at this time. Update your systems. Please! Doctors are great though. Front desk seems like they could care less about you.

The physicians do a fine job at AAC but their "system" is terrible. I moved from Jackson to Memphis and of course changed doctors in the process (still within ACC group). However AAC would not update this in their system, they said I had to remain as a patient under the old doctor. As a result I had all of my medical decisions and all of my payments going through a doctor that hadn't seen me in over 5 years.

This caused mass confusion every time I had to get new vials. I begged to have my doctor changed in the system but they refused. I'm in the process of switching to a completely different clinic now as it is the only way to escape the twilight zone of being an ACC patient that moved from one clinic to another. This is a case of a clinic putting billing systems and "commissions" above patient care.

Once upon a time I saw the same shot nurse every week and she did a great job. Unfortunately she retired and now I see a different nurse every injection it seems. Some of these nurses are quite scatterbrained. In one instance I had a nurse hand me my new vials, then turn around to do something, then she asked where I had gotten the vials in my hand.

I thought she was playing a prank on me but she was serious. I couldn't convince her that she had just handed me the vials. In another instance the nurse didn't write down my injection one month and when I came in the next month she flipped out and wasn't going to give me an injection at all until we talked to a doctor who reset me to the smallest dose again.

On another occasion ACC switched suppliers of my vials forcing me to start all the way over with a diluted solution and go from a once-a-month shot to a every week shot. I ended up spending over $600 more because of the frequent injections and had little to no effect on my allergies. Basically this wiped out years of progress at maintenance levels. Overall, if you never plan on moving or switching clinics, AAC can provide great care. But if you change doctors because of a move, retirement, etc, you are screwed.

Went in for initial visit upon walking into office found it very outdated and staff not knowledgeable of insurance or billing. The staff were working on computers that I have not seen since 1983. First test found slight reactions to allergens and 2nd test concluded in no real reactions to allergens (from what the nurse stated). The doctor then came in to "evaluate" the results and concluded that I was allergic to grass.

This was after the fact that the nurse was not able to find any reactions from the second testing. Left with a $800.00 bill and a prescription for a nasal spray and generic allergy medicine. As a patient, prior to doing any testings at a typical office they usually inform you of costs for procedures. I was not informed that a single allergy test would cost me $456.00 WITH insurance coverage.

The office should have confirmed that I could pay or was willing to pay for such an expensive test. Watch out for this office as they are VERY interested in money and not the health of their patients.
