Love how they close for 9 days for Thanksgiving. I guess allergy shots arnt important here. So annoying. I just annoyed myself by reading the notice a week back wrong. Even though when you come here they say "make sure you stick to the routine" its important.

What can I say I took a wild chance out of a group of Doctors for a 2nd opinion so my child that has had multi allergies & she has suffered endlessly over years come to get answers. Vs eating limited foods and ongoing reactions to uknown reasons. Only to discover that Dr Lin has shown to be a person with no time to listen to you. Nor discuss your medical concerns or needs. Dr Lin has bad manners always in and out never dedicated to give value time to the patient needs.

Unable and unwilling to listen. He always seems to be as if he was a ADHD man rushing in and out, opting to not run allergy test as it was a burden. Only to ask the minor child if they want the needle skin test. As if child can make such choices. Saying to the child that nothing will come out of additional skin needle testing on the arm. That CHILD SAID okay NO, then dr exits again only there after child wants the test.

As we discussed parent and child as to why we are here to get answers. Only to get nurse on her way out again as she said no dr said it's not gonna show anything. OMG we waited all this time 7mns to transfer a referral to come here. And if that was not enough I caught to overhear Dr Lin have medical discussions with my minor child without parent involvement or permission in the hall as my walk from getting a breathing test redone. Umm as if this was legally & ethically okay.

Hello it's called the Privacy act aka HIPPA. There are laws your violating. And if this is not enough upon showing him a photo in my phone he took it upon himself to scroll through my photos. What a invasion of privacy. Didnt even ask just kept in scrolling. All so he had the additional nerve to give us muti diagnoses of all sorts as if it's a guessing game.

Like where did and do you base your medical diagnose. on your personal opinion, cause that's not why we came here. show me the medical background of your words. We came for answers not a high jack half done medical appt. And surely not so you can move to the next patient. In where he thought we were the last and his rushing out was gonna get him home sooner. Ya SORRY no you have one more patient nurse said and he was ugh what - about it.

We spend exactly 3hrs in total mainly waiting and for what so he can give us the prior allergist medical diagnosis. We came here for a 2nd opinion to why my child has reactions and to what! Like damm even the prior physician assistant had better manners & potential to give respect us as concern individuals. SO WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE in would have to say HELL NO.

But I will say my insurance will hear about this, sadly for my child who needs answers we are out of luck. I just dont care to come back send blood work to the primary dr cause labs can give straight black and white answer. Hella more then dr lin. PS What was it with dr Lin turning off the wall light like to save money hello visual impairment here and light is needed.

Just as having AC in the rooms. The rooms were without AC. I had to open the room door to get cooler air but nurse closed the door twice. Not cool! And before I forget the smell of the lobby office had me dizzy with one receptionist didnt know what she was doing she move over 2 computers, the other seem to take forever just to get a simple answer to you.

How long will it take and hello I was there 30mins early omg. Go elsewhere. in hear Redlands has better allergy places Update; just read a medical report sent to the primary safe to say this Dr Lin lies, embellishes and defies the report I will be filing a formal complaint with BBB. omg do not come here.

Poor office service, I was speaking with someone on the phone, discussing and insurance discrepancy when she gets frustrated continues to repeat herself several times with out listening to me and raising her voice at me before hanging up on me and ignoring my calls 3 times before someone else finally picked up. After someone else picked up asked for an office manager and the manager does go until after 2pm. If it wasn't for the Dr helping my daughter the way he has I would drop this clinic just because of the unprofessionalism of the front office.

Pennywise and pound foolish. As a new patient, you arrive early to complete paperwork that asks for your e-mail address and phone number among other things. You read all the disclosures on a 5 page laminated 8.5 x 11 paper provided by the front office. After reading you are then asked to acknowledge by signing on this electronic pad which I thought was cool. However, I did not get a copy of what I signed which i thought was strange.

The doctors assistant showed me to the examination room. I have no complaints with the doctor or assistant as I would give them 5 stars. After my appointment, the doctors assistant did not have the lab order ready and asked that I wait in the lobby. While waiting I thought of setting my follow-up appointment for a month. I asked the front office for a copy of the diagnosis and was told that the doctor had not finished his notes.

I asked for a copy to be e-mailed or mailed to my home to which they said "we don't do that." They then said that my doctor will get a full report. I asked how do you send that, we mail it. Okay. I also asked if they can let the doctors assistant know that I had to leave and to call me. Once I pulled out of the parking I got a call from the front office that my lab order was ready.

I asked if they could e-mail, mail or send to Quest and they said, they don't do that and I could pick it up at the front desk. Needless to say, I will be canceling my follow-up appointment, since their policies are wrong, lacking customer service which shows a great deal of incompetence. On another note, the doctors assistant was able to electronically send a prescription to my pharmacy.

Go figure. Back in 1839 phones, e-mail, and stamps were not available. The front office needs help in realizing we are in 2019 and a few class in customer service would not hurt them one bit.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lin for 10+ years and really appreciate his kind care, knowledge, and competence. I recommend him for allergies and immune problems without reservation! (pretty office too!)

This center has unethical billing practices. They told me that my insurance deductible had not been met 3 times, even though I insisted it had been. When I got there they told me not only would I have to pay for the office visit upfront but an additional $360 for an allergy test. They could not tell me what my insurance's negotiated rate was and refused to bill me though insurance.

They wanted to charge me $515, where in fact it should have only been $103 (20% out of pocket from me, after insurance paid). These people take advantage of folks that do not understand insurance and billing. Read the Yelp reviews, I found out that I am not the only person who has had problems with their billing practices.

Last year I had an emergency allergic reaction this office got me in right away even though I was a first time patient. Started my medication then a couple days later I was having an allergic reaction to my medicine and again they got me in right away. This Office is the best.

I have been taking my 9 year old to the Allergy and Asthma Center for about 2 years now. The staff are always THE most friendly, courteous and respectful of patients needs. They even offer this "cold spray" to prepare his shot sites for the shots and thus less pain. Just simply a wonderful experience!
