Unprofessional. Received incomplete testing service. Overcharged my account for the service. Doctor claimed testing would take too long to finish while in office. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

All the office staff in the Nashua office is great especially Dr Malik A+. The only complaint is that one of the receptionists is extremely rude and unprofessional when dealing with patients. Her nasty attitude was so upsetting during our last encounter that I chose to walk out rather than sit in front of her and wait for my shot. The other receptionist is very nice.a real asset to the office!

UPDATE - the doctor and office manager reached out and confirmed that what I was previously told by other employees was inaccurate, and they are addressing with their staff. They have also scheduled my appointments now, and I likely wont need to find a new practice. --------------------------- ORIGINAL: Such a pity that I now need to find a new doctor/practice as they refuse to schedule my next required injections to prevent me from breaking out into hives and constant itching over a $40 account bill.

The last time I was in the office in 2020, my copay is $40, but due to their covid protocols, they were not taking payment in person and said I would be billed later. Well, I dont have a paper bill as of yet, I have not received a phone call regarding this, and apparently they now have a policy that says fi you owe money, they can't book you. This is $40 and the person on the phone cant take my payment either. So this practice holds your health hostage for $40. Too bad I liked the doctor(s) and nurses, but now I will find another doctor.

Very caring and thorough doctors/staff. They went the extra mile when I came in very sick to help me feel better as quickly as possible.

I am giving 4 stars because sometimes when I have a scheduled appointment I have to wait 30 or more minutes past my appointment time before I am seen. If it wasn't for the wait times I would be giving 5 stars because the experience is good, the staff is friendly and accommodating and generally it is easy to get an appointment.

Very nice allergist! They even do testing to see if you are still allergic to penicillin.
