Alliance Obstetrics and Gynecology provides a full spectrum of health care for women, offering complete obstetrical and gynecologic care. Serving patients from adolescence through menopause and beyond, we take a partnership approach to healthcare, working with our patients on the premise that equal participation in the decision making process leads to optimal health.

Alliance has made the difficult decision to discontinue our obstetric midwifery service in its current format. To best protect our patients and staff, Alliance ObGyn will be following the CDC recommendation to require masks in a healthcare setting regardless of vaccination status.

The creation of Alliance Obstetrics & Gynecology, PLLC., is the result of many paths intersecting, and is a reflection of our values and beliefs regarding women's health. Our mission is to provide the highest quality healthcare to women from all walks of life, working on the premise that shared decision-making leads to optimal health.
You will receive a text the morning of your appointment with a link to the virtual waiting room. If your visit has not started at 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, stay in the waiting room. Please call our office at 517-484-3000 and a staff member will assist you. The day before your Telehealth visit, you will receive a call from our Front Desk to update your demographics and collect a copay if applicable. The day of your appointment, you will receive a call from the Medical Assistant to prep your medical chart for your appointment.

Did not even receive a call for my results had to call myself and was told oh yeah I was just gonna call you they're abnormal and you need further testing. Really? Ok so I schedule my next appointment. get to the office and they tell me your appointment is not at this office! Excuse me?!?!? No one told me when I scheduled the appointment that there was even another office!

So I said I'm able to make it in 10 minutes they refused. I explained my situation as this is an urgent matter and are not able to get more time off from work and they were not able to accommodate. So patients can wait for the doctor that is running behind for hrs but I can not make it within my scheduled appointment time for an important procesure to be done? Thanks alot

I have nothing but good things to say about Alliance. In the short time I worked here, I was treated IMMEDIATELY like I was the highest priority. My manager and HR team went out of their way, professionally and personally, to make sure I was taken care of. Long story short, my husband and I had a short-notice move across country. When I was hired on to Alliance, I shared a bit of what was going on and without hesitation, I was provided with EVERYTHING I needed.

Some of my coworkers even helped me with getting some clothes, as the movers had destroyed almost all of mine. Alyssa in HR is so understanding, and so easy to talk to. My manager Taylor and my supervisor Kristi went above and beyond for me, working with my schedule and helping me with anything I needed. It was a joy coming to work every day - this was the first job I have ever had that I TRULY felt like part of a team, and that I was actually being heard, rather than the usually "we hear your concerns" I'm used to getting. I would highly recommend seeking employment with this wonderful group of people.

I would not recommend this office. You are only a number and a dollar sign. Their customer service is horrible. Their staff is rude and good luck getting an actual doctor.

Update: Just had my second baby with this practice. This doctor was also great! Thank you, Alliance. Original: I've been a patient here for several years. I have since moved out of town, but I keep going to this practice. The doctors don't act rushed and they answer all my questions. Had my first baby last month and all of the OBs and midwives I met were phenomenal.

I was trying to be a new patient and it was confusing to what they wanted from me to set up stuff online. I did something when I made the initial appointment but I guess it wasn't what they were looking for because they cancelled it due to not having all the paperwork. The paperwork I could also do in their office on the day of my appointment. They also scheduled me for a different month than they told me so I had to take two days off from work that never resulted in a appointment. I was not mistaken either because I wrote it in my planner when scheduling my appointment and had her repeat the day and time to double check.

Love Dr. Stevens and the whole staff. To start, I have never had any problems with my endometriosis again since my laparoscopy in 2016. Secondly, Dr. Fleming safely delivered my twins at the start of the pandemic. I think I saw nearly every doctor in the practice during my ten day admission leading up to my delivery. Everyone was courteous, professional, and consistent. I felt like I and my boys were very safe and cared for during such a scary time.

I am going to have to take legal action against Alliance as they are refusing to provide me with my medical records (as all patients are legally entitled to a copy of their own medical records). I'm starting to not trust that my doctor (Elizabeth Thomas) was truthful in communication of what the test results came back with. I have now put in a third request for my records to be released to me, the surgeon I am seeking care from asks that I personally email them records from previous appts.

I put in my first request for my records with plenty of time (according to their website 7-14 days) to send them to the surgeon who will be providing me a consult. Now because they still have not sent them to me, I will have to postpone my appt with the new surgeon. I was upfront with Dr. Thomas about seeking outside care from someone who specializes in this specific condition because I felt (because the science says the general GYNs don't have the expertise to fully address this condition.

I was met with hostility and condescension from Dr. Thomas, seemingly because their ego couldn't handle not being considered the ultimate authority on this condition and because I would be taking away money from her paycheck/practice. (At first I was not questioning their ability to practice medicine but now because I've been given the run around in accessing my records, I am left to ponder why might they not what me to have this information?). I will be following up with another phone call with a request for my records in a timely manner so I can access medical care.

Everyone from phone conversations, reception, nursing, anesthesiologist, and doctors were amazing. I saw Dr. Elizabeth Thomas for my new patient appointment and she made me feel very comfortable. I then saw Dr. Lakeeya Tucker for a procedure and have nothing but great things to say about her. I was very nervous for my appointments and both doctors were exceptional in their care. Very professional, I recommend both providers.

I would not go back. I called and made an appointment for something I thought was urgent. When I arrive at my appointment a week later, I was told it was not anything to worry about and was sent on my way after waiting for 10-15 minutes I spent less than 5 with a doctor who ONLY offered to exam me "if that would make me feel more comfortable." What?

If I feel like being treated like someone with a medical appointment then this doctor would then put in some kind of half effort? Nah. I'll just not make that appointment 2nd appointment I should make to come back so they can bill me and my insurance from the parking lot before I come in and do little to nothing for me. Yeah.terrible. What kind of service or bed-side manner is that.

Then recommended that I set up another appointment to come back, as if I wasn't sitting right there and they had done something anything for me. It was mind-blowingly fast and unprofessional. Just say no, it's a waste of your time. In this Pamdemic they had me make an appointment to come in just to wait in a room and be sent away. Charged me my co-pay from the parking lot before I arrived, before I could enter the building they made sure to charge me for my non-appointment appointment. Unprofessional, Unprofessional, Unprofessional.and Lazy AF.

Dr. Halvorson and Dr. London were absolutely fantastic! I had never felt very comfortable with a male doctor but Dr. London had me feeling at ease the whole time and settled all of my concerns. Unfortunately, I had to stop going there due to a switch in insurances. My only complaint is that I've spoken to 3 different people to let them know that I cannot go there anymore and they still keep calling me about rescheduling.

I have been seeing Dr. Thomas for over 3 years and she is always kind, caring, and professional. She doesn't leave the room until all of my questions have been answered. She treats me with respect, and I have the utmost confidence in her knowledge and training as a Surgeon and Medical Doctor. I have had surgery with her before, and will again. I would specifically recommend her to anyone, and have done so. I would recommend Alliance OB/GYN overall to anyone as well. Everyone there is professional and caring.

Everyone I've dealt with here has been extremely kind, patient, and professional. The receptionists have been friendly and accommodating when helping me to schedule my appointments. The billing department has been helpful when I dealt with insurance issues. I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for my appointment, most start right on time or even early. I absolutely adore Dr. Stevens. She was even on-call when I went into labor with my first. My experience has been extremely positive and I would highly recommend Alliance.
