The girls that assist under Inga Stephensen called me at least 3 times after I left Cotten Oneil for St. Francis. The message they/she left, was: "Susie" "Inga Stephensen would like for you to contact her about your Albuterol use." I recorded the message and saved it after the first 2 messages. Inga Stephensen was professional and not a problem, but the girl assistant that was harassing me on my phone for a couple months after I left Cotton, only recently stopped doing it after I left a message about it on Dr. Wright's phone, this last time.

The only reason this girl stopped leaving the messages, was because I said on Dr. Wright's voice mail that I had recorded the message. I still have it. I didn't feel safe or cared about at Cotton Oneil. Most of the staff at Cotton Oneil couldn't even fake simple kindness. I hated it there.

I went here for my COVID-19 test in July 2020. It was easy and was extremely quick. The nurses were great and I am thankful for the easy of the test. Everything went well.

This place is truly the worst place I have ever stayed at for 4 days of the worst treatment I have ever had to endure. I plan on going to the KC Med next time. Please, for your sake, do not come here!

The techs and nurses like to spend more time talking to and about each other than they do their jobs. Waiting over 7 hours for ibuprofen only to have to have my dr schedule it so the nurse couldn't forget to give it to me. Attitudes among most workers were just. Not. Okay. Lack of markers, books, coloring pages or worksheets, and really any form of entertainment other than puzzles was not exsistant. Phones were so quite I couldn't talk to anyone.

The tv was capitalized by the old guys watching the news. Shawna, Sarah and Eric the nurses were awesome. Gary the tech. So was Mr. Terry Barbra and Sydney the group leaders get my applause. The were the only people who walked around with a smile on their face.

I truly feel the doctors I encountered really showed very little interest in me as a patient. I have left several messages with some very serious concerns, guess what? No one cared to return any of my messages. Bedside manner, AWFUL! Perhaps a refresher course is in order for some of these Doctors. Very disappointed

Waited on phone for over 20 minutes to talk to someone in billing. And then they were rude hanging up before I finished.

1 star only because it is the lowest available, not because they earned it. I was discharged with an IV still in my arm. I had stitches that had skin grown over them. All meds but 1 were stopped including lasix and anti-depressants. Took and kept my home meds. Discharge orders included personal info on 2 other patients including name, SSN, DOB, address, phone, and diagnosis. This list should be much longer, but I think others get the picture. GO ELSEWHERE!
