For 4 years I couldn't even lift my arm despite undergoing various treatments in Bhutan but within 3 days of undergoing physiotherapy led by Dr. Zulkar Nein I was able to regain my range of motion as well as my strength. Now I can move my arm normally and live a better life like any teen does. I wasted my childhood as i was totally mismanaged but not anymore. I strongly recommend people to get treated at A+ and to choose Dr. Zulkar, it's totally worth the pain.

I came to Dr Prateek Gupta for a chronic knee and shoulder problem that had become acute. I was pleased with the overall guidance he provided. He injected something in my knee that has helped me tremendously for the recovery. He also communicated the problems and treatment well which I feel is important for good recovery. They have an excellent rehab facility that I have been using for both shoulder and knee. Dr. Jaya and Dr. Naina are my docs for rehab and they are a sincere and well informed team.

In all my years of rehab experience, I haven't come across such a wonderful team. They are dedicated and often go the extra mile in their treatment. The staff of AOSM are polite and try to make sure everything runs smoothly in terms of appointments etc. Overall, its a professional space with a genuine desire for patient care. I highly recommend their expertise!

Strongly recommend Dr. Jaya and Rahul. A friend had recommended A+ when I was in a terrible shape and was struggling with endurable pain and malaise. Had a few sessions with Dr. Jaya and Rahul and espeid instant relief. If you're struggling with muscle pain/ text neck/ Soreness or stiffness and need a quick fix, this is the port of call.

Strongly recommend A+. I came to A+ all bent out of shape, with a slipped disc at two locations in mid Feb. I was unable to sit, and if I did, unable to stand up properly afterwards, even though I had spent 10 sessions close to my home in Noida. After a well-deserved scolding by Dr Prateek Gupta, I decided to try A+. In the very first session itself, Dr Namrata and Dr Rahul showed me they would work nothing short of what I now think is a miracle over the next 10 weeks.

They were amazingly patient and yet pushy when it was needed to fix my horribly weak lower back and then years of bad body mechanics. On top of it all, Dr Namrata put up with my curiosity, explaining in great detail how the exercises, stretches and deep releases we did works at the muscular level. Every single session made such a world of a difference that I travelled regularly from Noida to A+.

I have already recommended a bunch of friends and colleagues to come here and I would do it again in a heartbeat for anyone else because my rehabilitation, like I mentioned, feels miraculous. And all thanks to Dr Namrata and Dr Rahul for that. The sort of skill and professionalism here is something that is almost rare to find in health care easily.

I am 32 years old and was involved in many sports like squash. My lifestyle was very active but had knee pain which became very severe. Even after consulting so many doctors for the past 5-6 years, I couldn't figure out what the issue was. I visited AOSM and got my surgery done. Long story short, I tore my ACL playing soccer and got my ACL surgery done back in Oct 2020 with Dr. Holland. Since this was my second torn ACL, he explained to me how he would perform my surgery and everything turned out great. Fast forward to 8 months, I've been hitting the gym since January and now I'm im starting to play soccer. Also Nancy at the front desk is awesome. She's very helpful and was on top of my appts with Dr Holland's. Def recommend em!

Good for orthopaedic consultations as well as physiotherapy rehabilitation. the Dr.s are good.

Dr. Holland has been my family's sports medicine doctor for the last 13 years. He has treated both of my now grown children, treated my husband's countless residual injuries from being a stuntman for years, treated me for a knee injury as well as successfully operated on that knee, treated me for years for degenerative disc disease and post surgery follow up care.

He is kind, understanding, thorough and always takes his time to fully explain as well as answer any questions we may have. I cannot say enough how grateful we are for his continued care. I absolutely recommend him every chance I get. Thank you Dr. Holland for caring for us for all of these years! You are outstanding!

After having been to many doctors over the years, including orthopedic specialists, . I can say when you want the best, go to Dr. Holland. Not only is he patient, listens to you, and has a great bedside manner.(answering every question.even if you repeat them, !.) he knows what he's doing and is top in his field. I have gone to him for foot and ankle issues. My husband has seen him for back, neck and hip issues. He is calm and reassuring also. I wouldn't go to anyone else for orthopedic concerns.

He's terrible! Do not waste your time and money by seeing doctor Holland he does not care about your health. I saw him three times with a year in between the first and the second appointment and surgery was needed for my shoulder but he refused to do it. Instead of listening to me and hearing my concerns he stood up opened the door and said, "anything else?" I wasted 1.5 years and went through a lot of stress, depression and weight gain because of him.

I did everything I could to try to fix it without surgery like physical therapy and not working out my shoulder and nothing worked. Go to UCSD and get real care. Ditto on Perrin's comment, receptionist (old 80 year old lady) is RUDE!

The absolute rudest receptionist ever! No doctor is worth fighting a mean woman who is rude to hurting patients, insensitive to their issues and completely not helpful. It's as if she doesn't want anyone to be a patient there. It's too much effort and requires sensitivity, of which she is vacant. Spare yourself the nonempathetic and critical words. Go to someone who cares more about making sure patients are truly first!

I broke my shoulder and messed up my rotator cuff, and I was fortunate enough to be sent to Dr. Holland to map out a path forward. From the beginning, Dr. Holland knew exactly what I should do, and he shared his expertise in layman's terms, showing a great deal of compassion and excellence. Dr. Holland suggested intense PT, and I was able to stay off of pain medication while I was healing.

He is the very best, and I am very blessed to have had him touch my life. Thanks from a grateful heart, Dr. Holland! Also want to mention his technician, Jeff, is a wonderful young man, who is the best of the best at what he does. I wish all of them the very best, and appreciate so much the professionalism and friendliness of Dr. Holland's front office. They are a fantastic group of folks. No one can go wrong in selecting these folks into their healing process. You won't regret it.

This guy is great! He is very knowledgeable and helpful and really got me on track to diminish my hip pain without heavy drugs or surgery. He has great bedside manner and I am happy to have met him and had him treat me.
