The tech (Leah) was amazing and Dr. Joffe was kind. However, the rest of the practice is awful - avoid! We went in requesting an immediate release of our ultrasound to our midwife's fax number. Two days later it was still not done, so we called again and were told it would happen that day. Now it is Monday, and they have no idea when it will happen.

When we requested to have the records sent to us, they refused until we sign an in-person release form. We offered to do it via email or fax, but they insist on in-person even while we are sick. Unprofessional, dishonest, and incompetent from the records and administration side.

Went to the Perinatal Associates at the Cedar location in Presbyterian hospital. Was refused because they don't allow kids in the appointment, okay understandable, but then they told me that kids aren't even allowed in their lobby. I asked if it was a COVID precaution and they informed me that it is not related to COVID, they never allow kids in their appts or lobby. How is a baby focused doctors office not family friendly. This is not a practice I am willing to support.

I have enjoyed being seen with PANM for the duration of my pregnancy. Scheduling is always a smooth process and they are accommodating for busy schedules. Everyone on staff at both locations I have used are very welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable and make sure to answer any questions I might have. I look forward to every appointment with them!

So my wife went to see perinatal associates most of our pregnancy. They told us early on she had a high thyroid. When we went to all of our other specialist they asked why she was on medicine. My wife was sick from medicine for months on in and it turns out her thyroud was fine the whole time. They are pill shovers, fat shamers, and completely uncaring. We switched to new mexico sonogram. They are freaking amazing. They care they give you test results they explain everything in detail. My advice switch fir the love of god.

Only positive things about this company are Victoria (front office) and the back office staff including providers, nurses, techs, counselors, and medical assistants. Other then that it is a terrible place, do not go to PANM if you don't have to. Management has no respect for their employees or patients. They neglect to fix any mistakes they make.

The front office staff was very nice and helpful my husband was running late and they toldo me not to worry they would have him brought back as soon as he got to the office. The techs, MAs and all the back office staff were friendly and answered my questions. Thank Perinatal Associates for making me feel at Ease through all of this

I was going in with my step daughter for support when they asked me to wait in another room and was told by my wife that they think that the baby, my stepdaughter is carrying is mine. And as soon as they started the ultra sound she asked us to turn off our phones. So I did. That wasn't good enough. Now we had to put them away. So I left. This is what some people call disrespect.
