Our Asthma clinic dates back to 1930, when our founder, Dr. Alan G. Cazort, first set up shop in Little Rock, Arkansas. Known to many as the "father of allergy in Arkansas, " Dr. Cazort introduced many cutting-edge treatments for seasonal allergies and chronic conditions to the community. Our Asthma clinic has continued his traditions of providing the most up-to-date and innovative care to our patients.

Bill Pay Report

You can pay your bill two ways; either through your patient portal account or by using online Quick Pay. The patient portal allows you to access your account and pay your bill online. If you have not signed up for an account, please contact our front office at 501.227.5210 for login information. Quick pay allows you to use the myEasyMatch code found on your billing statement to pay without creating an account. Then you can enter payment information. You can also create an account on Quick pay to track your online payments and sign up for eStatements.

The best staff! They were patient kind and loving with my 9 yr old son who had severe anxiety about getting his poke test done. But they were great with him! Thank you! It's an amazing feeling when you can leave traumatizing appointments with your children without being traumatized!

My Husband was very pleased to find out he had NO allergies! Hopefully what Dr Shields prescribed will help with his problem! We had a very pleasant experience with Dr Shields and his staff. This allergy clinic is GREAT! I'm always greeted with kindness. Dr Shields is great and takes the time to help you understand what is going on and options you have. The nurses are very kind and patient as well. I honestly have no complaints and will always use this clinic as long as I am able too.
