We believe that infertility is a disease and should be treated as such. However, unlike some other diseases, infertility is usually not the result of a person's lifestyle or bad habits. Our philosophy is to give our patients information, based on current scientific evidence, about their condition that will enable them to decide upon a treatment plan.

Infertility can be a devastating condition, but couples differ in how aggressive they want to be in attempting to overcome this problem. We respect the patient's autonomy in this decision making process and will work within their financial, moral and religious constraints to formulate a treatment plan that is suitable for them.

This should include notes from any office visits with your physician, lab results, x-ray results and operative reports from any gynecology related surgery. A written authorization to release your records is usually required. If you have had prior surgery, you should contact the medical records department of the hospital where the surgery was performed and request a copy of the operative report be sent to our office. If your husband has had any fertility evaluation including a semen analysis, these records should also be requested.

Husband is not allowed in building because he is not vaccinated. Even when people have to wear masks. I was told I could face time him, how could I do when I'm having IVF! Unethical! Discrimination based off vaccine status.

This is my second appointment and both times I have waited over an hour to see the doctor. Absolutely no respect for you and your time. I've been in this room for 7 mins shy of an hour and a half and no doctor. If I was 15 mins late they would cancel my appointment and charge me, but it is okay for them to be over an hour and a half late?

Would give 0 stars if we could. Now seeing a much better clinic in Texas. Don't go here.

They dont even have a working phone line. They haven't had one for at least a month and do not respond by email as they claim. It seems they have a blurb on their Facebook stating they are not seeing new patients. Never in my life as a patient or a provider seen a clinic run so poorly.

Avoid at all costs. Worst experience ever. Please do your research about this clinic and if you can please drive to another state. I have to many cons to even begin. 1. Lack of good customer service they treat you like you're at the DMV and people have saved or taken out loans to go through this process, which isn't cheap and is very emotional. 2.

Lack of good follow ups on procedure and directions regarding next steps. The team never follows up if you are not successful or after the implant process. If you are looking for an emphathetic staff, this is not the place for you. 3. After 3 expensive attempts, we had no luck and a ton of money down the drain and an impact to our mental health. We got pregnant on our first attempt at IVF Plano in Dallas TX. And I can't even begin to praise their staff and Dr. Douglas.

Worst experience in healthcare I've ever had. They're money driven, and they have the monopoly on services in the state of Arkansas. They know you can't go anywhere else within decent driving distance, so they don't worry about quality care at all. I've been stuck with them for over 3 years now trying to have a baby and just had a surgery 2 weeks ago.

The doctor cancelled my follow-up appt day of, and I had the appt set 3 months in advance. In addition, the day of surgery, the doctor didn't even know I was a repeat patient of his that's currently under his care for fertility; he didn't read any of my chart history. He just walked in and took me back to surgery and gave me advice he would give a patient he'd never seen.

When I told him who I was and where we are at with 3rd IVF transfer attempt, he changed all of the instructions for what I should do post-op. I have never been so disappointed in any healthcare service as I am with this facility. Worst patient care ever.

Physicians refused to give patient test results (can we say unethical lawsuit) and when patient asked to be seen by the other physician due to gross negligence of care, the office responded "let us know where you would like your records transferred", in the middle of treatment, in the middle of a cycle. If you have the means to be seen outside of this clinic, do so as soon as possible.

Exceptional medical care for females that you just won't get anywhere else. Dr. Batres and Dr. Moutos are just the best. Dr. Batres helps make stressful experiences less so and makes sure you understand everything. It makes me sad to see such a wonderful staff receive bad reviews in some of these cases. However, having worked with the public for decades now, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect good behavior from your clients.

If people behave as if they have emotional issues, have unstable marriages, are abusive in any way shape or form, these doctors are absolutely under no obligation to help you procreate. They will not assist you with bringing a child into a bad home environment. I've used this clinic since 2005 and it is hands down the classiest and most professional clinic you could ask for.

I have unexplained infertility and have completed 4 IVF cycles at this clinic - 2 fresh, 2 frozen. My only major complaint is that sometimes an appointment that would only take about 20 minutes overall ends up taking up to 1 1/2 hours. I might have an 8am appt and end up waiting an hour in a room just to get a quick ultrasound. Luckily, my job has been pretty flexible, so it's worked out alright for me.

Most patient appointments and labs are done early in the morning. To some extent, I can understand some others folks' reviews on some of the staff. However, I feel that I've had a pleasant experience overall, even if I haven't successfully become pregnant (will find out if the current cycle works in a few days). Interaction with the front receptionist is minimal.

The nursing staff has always called me back in a reasonable time frame to answer questions and the online portal is a great tool for them to provide instructions to patients. I really liked Debby, though she recently retired. Patsy is great, Amy is pleasant, but I haven't really come to know any others very well. There are only 2 doctors and they may take turns or rotate. understandably because they pretty much operate at full capacity, being the only clinic that does IVF in the state, and one of them has to always be working the weekends. Dr. Moutos has always been very informative and thorough and Dr. Batres is clearly very passionate about what he does. Also, I saw another doctor for IUI before coming here and not once did he ever ask me to have a partially bladder so it was always very uncomfortable. For my transfers at this clinic, I've never been in any discomfort whatsoever

This office has potential to be wonderful. Unfortunately, there needs to be some changes with staff and general attitude of some people who work there. I have been a patient at this clinic since 2012. When I started using them I worked specifically with Sarah. She was FANTASTIC. She was always kind, friendly and never treated me as if I were interrupting her from something more important.

We had successful fresh cycle the first try and were left with embryos remaining to be frozen. We started the FET process in 2015. This time around was very different from our first. My general complaint with this clinic is with the way some of the staff treats patients. I was in this office more than 10-15 times. Only once do I remember a pleasant encounter at the front desk.

I was treated as though I was interrupting social hour or personal phone calls. I was over charged, I was the one who caught the mistake and was treated as though I had caused it. It took several calls, messages and finally a trip in person to correct. Debby was my IVF coordinator for all 4 FET cycles. While I think she is nice person, I always felt as if I was interrupting her or as if I had done something wrong.

Every time I spoke with her I felt as if I were a child waiting to be scolded. I don't know how long she has worked as an IVF coordinator, but it feels like she's been at it for awhile and she seems to be over it or ready to retire. I have no complaints with Dr Moutos or Dr Batres aside from the fact that they seem extremely busy. I love Lauren, Patsy, Myra and Mahlon.

I had several exchanges with each of these people. They were always kind, thoughtful and genuine. There were several other nurses who I had interactions with and while I don't recall their names, they were very kind as well. My rating of 3 stars is for the staff who work in this clinic beyond the front office. They were very good and deserve to be recognized.

My opinion is that there needs to be new front office management put in place. There needs to be a better system in place for speaking with a nurse or having general questions answered. Too many times I left a non urgent message that was never returned. I believe the people who are greeting and interacting with patients should be reminded often that without these patients they may not have a job or paycheck. I truly hope that someone in this office reads these reviews. I would love to see this clinic thrive and believe it could with a few changes.

My daughter called to discuss her situation and to talk about scheduling an appointment. The nurse was rude interrupting her constantly as she tried to explain her history. Was not helpful at all and not one bit compassionate, I would think that people with compassion need to be hired in these position because infertility is devastating to the person going through it.

Terrible staff. If it wasn't for Dr Batres, we would never go back. You can not speak to anyone on the phone, you must leave a message and wait on the return call. It might come in 2 days or a week. We actually had to miss an IUI treatment due to them calling us back days after the fertility window making it too late. After seeing all the complaints about staff, yet seeing the same practices and the same staff, it makes me wonder if they care at all about the patients.
