A receptionist is at the entrance to help direct patients to their perspective Doctors' office location within the hospital. The nurses were very helpful to answer any questions we had regarding the procedure process. One even referred us to a local seafood place to eat at between appointments. This was greatly appreciated!

Back in 2021 I had to go to the Emergency Room and the Doctor was doing all kinds of testing on me. Well when he got my test results he told me that I have Lymphoma B/Cell Cancer and ever since then it's like they go out of their way to make sure that I'm as comfortable as I can get. They really take good care of me when I have to be put in the Hospital.

My husband was diagnosed with Covid on January 28th and was admitted on February 2nd. He spent 24 hours in the ER due to shortage on beds and he received the absolute best care in the ER. After 24 hours he was taken to the Covid floor and the nurses were again fantastic. Michelle, Jessica and Daniel were great! They were short staffed and my husband still received great care.

They were always kind, helpful and quick to respond. On February 4th he was dismissed. We were back in the ER on the 7th with a ruptured bowel. Dr Warner, his nurse Courtney and Keith our anasteigiost was so kind, and professional they met not just my husbands emergency needs but helped me to understand everything that was going on and made sure I was in as good of a place as I could be with my husband being so very very sick.

We then were in ICU for almost 3 weeks and I don't believe we could have gotten better care anywhere else! The ICU staff was amazing. His nurse was JeanAnn, and others were Johnny on the spot and took such amazing care of my husband. His wound nurse Belinda has been there as we have tried to figure out his colostomy. Dr Warner and Courtney have been available 24-7. I know we would not of have received such great care anywhere else! Thank you AMMC for such a great staff.

My brother Ricky McClish was brought into AMMC ER and all they were worried about diagnosing him with is gout! Thought about using your stethoscope to check for a pulse in his leg since he tried to explain to you about UAMS Dr's? He's had 2 or 3 surgeries on that leg and that's his GOOD leg! Oh the pain shot is supposed to be given BEFORE the discharge papers!

I attended the infusion center and what a lovely surprise Ricardo and his assistant not only had the place spotless, they themselves were very clean and beautifully groomed. Their friendliness and professionalism really impressed me. They made sure I was fully informed before and after.

This emergency room is a joke. For the second time since I have lived here, I showed up to the ER at 430 a.m. I knew I had bronchitis and I was thankful I was catching it within 24 hours. Instead, I was greeted with assumptions that I just had a virus, followed by MULTIPLE statements that I did not need to be in the ER and to go to my primary doctor (at 430 a.m.).

I was running a fever, they took my blood, urine, and did xrays and told me everything was fine, that I had some virus that was going around. WRONG! This morning I was rushed to a different ER where they treated me with respect. turns out I have pneumonia so bad that I had to get a steroid shot immediately to open up my lungs. Shame on this place.

My experience lastnight was horrible the two RN's I had was so rude I wanted to get up and walk out. The Dr told me what they were going to do to a finger i had cut the end off up to the nail slicing a apple on a vegetable slicer. When the nurse came in she just put a band-aid on my finger and sent me home. Next time I'll go to the vet.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband went to this E.R. with severe abdominal pain and apparently while he was there they gave him insulin. I was at home with our 2 boys until I could get a babysitter and by the time I got to the hospital they were releasing him saying they did not know what was wrong and did not mention to me that he could possibly be diabetic or that they gave him insulin.

A week later he was again experiencing severe abdominal pain but this time I took him to NEA in a Jonesboro and they checked his vitals and blood sugar and saidthat his blood sugar was over 400 and immediately admitted him to the ICU. I'm convinced AMMC would have let him die because he did not have insurance. Terrible hospital who do not care about people.

I spent three weeks in AMMC and was very impressed with the experience, the employees (nurses, physical therapist, aides) were like angels to me, I've never had a more pleasant stay in a hospital, also my doctor (John Hines) is great! I was on the 3rd floor and will miss the kindness that was shown to me. Hey the food was good too! Keep up the good work! Yours sincerely Joe Collier
