I've been seeing Dr. Becker for years now, always cheerful and thorough in explaining everything and has helped me with my severe tension headaches, and for headaches he even has recommended vitamins and supplements backed by science which I'm a fact checker when it comes to taking medicine and supplements

This is by far the worst representation of the medical profession ever. Very long wait, was told they tell patient's to arrive a half hour early so the Dr. does not have to wait. They do not care when you have to wait and hour and a half. Staff is totally rude and incompetent. Dr. couldn't have cared less how the patient is treated.

Dr. Li is so friendly and wants to be helpful but after several different meds fail, not only do they rarely return phone calls, I'm expected to go in paying more money to talk and see if I can even get treated with Botox. So frustrating when your in severe pain. I think I might save myself the frustration and not continue going to this office.

Dr. Perkins is a very nice doctor and gave me a thorough exam but dealing with Tiffany, his nurse, has been a nightmare and I just can't continue at an office where trying to get a new prescription takes several attempts with no call backs. You can only leave a VM with her where she says she will return your call by the end of the next business day.

I have called and left three separate messages in the past week and I am no closer to getting a new prescription than when I first called on 9/13 at 10am. Very frustrated and I do not need this anxiety in my life so I will be looking elsewhere for a doctor.

There are 3 neurosurgeons that I could find in NKY, and two of them are in this office and have fabulous reviews. I really wanted to bring someone here who is in chronic debilitating pain, someone who is struggling just to walk and to breathe. I invite this office to explain please why they do not treat the poor -- they do not accept Kentucky Anthem Medicaid.

I wish I could select zero stars. Dr. Perkins assistant is incompetent. She rarely returns phone calls and when she does doesn't leave a VM even though there is paperwork in my chart giving them permission to do so. It took nearly 2 month of emailing, faxing and calling just to get my appointment scheduled because they never received the procedure referral, which is bull when it was faxed to several different numbers AND emailed to his assistant directly.

I just spent 20 min on the phone trying to return a call (of course no VM left) for an issue I've been trying to get resolved for 2 weeks. I don't know how this practice is even still in business.

Amazing! I'm so grateful for Riverhills Neuroscience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and go above and beyond for their patients. My doctor was very thorough, and spent a lot of time assessing me and ensuring I received the proper diagnosis and treatment. I would definitely encourage anyone that needs Neurology to see them!

I cannot select ZERO stars! Most disappointing medical appointment I have ever had. Never have i been treated with such disrespect in a "professional" atmosphere. I came here upon my family doctor's referral for a consultation on MRI results. I'm sure glad it wasn't serious, because it seemed like I wasted the doctor's time. He did not take me serious, did not answer my questions, talked down to me and showed no interest or care the entire visit.

I called to express my concerns to the office and the billing department to no avail. Never received any appropriate response. I have and will continue to turn people away from this office and informed my family physician not to refer anyone else.

I'm a patient of Dr. Becker, who is the only reason I tolerate this place; they are always 30-45 minutes late getting you in on your appointment. I'm here right now and one of the admins who get your paperwork was mocking patients "Am I going to be here all day?" My appointment is running 35 minutes behind today, as usual, and two Pharma reps got to breeze in to go schmooze doctors while there's a room full of people waiting.
