This practice was not for my family. The staff was generally kind, but that's not all I'm looking for in a good pediatrician. Dr. Seabruch ignored my concern after my son developed stomach issues following a specific immunization & was more worried about "keeping him on track with his shots" than helping get to the route cause. We were told to keep my 9mo on miralax for over 7 months, which was awful advice and he dismissed me when I asked to do blood work.

Upon switching pediatricians, (Whole Child Pediatrics), we learned that my son has many food allergies & was in fact, injured by a vaccine. I will never again take my children to a provider who receives a yearly bonus for having 100% of their patients under 2 "fully vaccinated". They are more focused on obtaining that number for their bonus than the individual care of each child.

My daughter has seen Dr. Clause Aschinburg & Dr. A. DiPasquale since she was born 5 years ago and on occasion, Dr. Seebrunch. All are great doctors, the staff is friendly, and they make my daughter comfortable. They are understanding that she is scared of shots & do their best to keep her calm! Everyone is friendly & helpful. I have never had issues with the billing department like others have said. All is great!

I like that my appointment was quick but I never felt rushed. I was able to ask questions and there was barely any wait. Dr. Paul was really nice.

I was not even allowed to make an appointment to see and discuss treatment with a doctor until I agreed to treatment I wasn't even sure we could afford. I'm not sure who gives the office manager authority to dictate care at this office but I would have felt more comfortable speaking with an actual medical provider rather than play let's make a deal with my child's healthcare. If you actually need help and advice for care do not bother with this office.

The doctors are amazing, but the insurance and billing don't know what the hell they're doing. They said we weren't insured, my husband looks it up, and it is indeed insured. Then they seemed happy to lose their patients when we told them we are no longer going to them because they said we weren't covered. Then we get a statement saying we are medically insured and then they call us sending me a bill of $600 for not being insured. They also fail to send prescriptions. Three times it's happened. I'm no longer wasting my time.

I have been taking my son here since he was born, he's 9 years old now. We have been with almost every doctor in the practice. Dr paul is our main Dr. But we have seen Dr. Aschinberg senior and recently Dr. Joe. They are all fantastic. They make him feel at ease and when there is something wrong they explain it to me so I fully understand how to handle the situation.

We now live about 40 min away (with traffic) and I still drive out to Joliet to take him. I would highly recommend them. I'm 35 and my Dr growing up was Dr. Aschinberg senior. I love that it's still a family business and everyone who isn't family seems like they are. Try them out you won't regret it!

This place is wonderful. We have been coming here with our children for 5 years. Dr. Joe is who we usually see but everyone is wonderful here. With covid running rampant they are taking every precaution to keep my family safe.

For about 6 years I took my 5 children to this place. The senior pediatrician Aschinberg was the only sincere and knowledgeable doctor. He was the most requested by the patients there, which created many scheduling conflicts to have your children seen by him. The facility and administrative staff is outdated and un-organized. They lose documents and payments. 2 stars is generous.
