I received a text, robot call, and email today that my next appointment needed to be rescheduled. When I called to reschedule I was told that the nurse practitioner is leaving and therefore I need to find a new primary care physician. I thought that Gregory Steinmetz was my primary care physician (for 5 years) but he is "no longer accepting new patients".

I received no courtesy, compassion or politeness from the receptionist about this massive inconvenience. I thought they were all about serving the needs of other humans at this office but I'm suddenly just a number - and apparently I don't matter to this place or the doctors who practice there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A month ago I waited over an hour and a half for an appointment. I asked multiple times throughout the hour of being there when I would be seen because I have other priorities (work, school) and i was told "soon". Ended up seeing the doctor 1 3/4 hr after my scheduled appointment and no consideration to let patients know the lengthy wait time was taken.

I have currently been playing phone tag for the past month with this office regarding a simple vaccine record to be sent to a new employer. After about 50 calls that go to voicemail before you can get in touch with someone. The secretary is unable or doesn't know how to correctly fax Papers over so I had to go out of my own way. I will not be able to start my new job as an RN until next month because of this office's unprofessional incapabilities.

Do not become a new patient here unless you like calling 50 times for an answer and waiting ridiculous amounts of time to be seen. This office can not handle or manage their work load at all.

The doctors are over worked, the reception and cnas are the reason for the 1 star (id give zero if I could) They are the first impression for when a client walks in and immediately everyone is met with attitude. They answer and hang up calls. They don't fax or do anything in a timely matter. We've been waiting months for tdi paper work to get sent it.

They still haven't sent that in. They called me for my blood work results? I had to call the blood work clinic, then the orthopedic (which is not my job) to fax it over to them. Olga is an amazing doctor but she clearly is over worked, especially when the CNAs piss the patients off before they even meet with a doctor. I've been in the waiting room and just watch patients moods completely change to anger or anxiety after speaking with reception.

It's almost impossible to get in contact or have a pleasant conversation with them never mind have your questions answered. If you're looking to switch primaries I'd suggest you look elsewhere until they replace all the attitude filled, incompetent inefficient reception/CNAs. That place has 2 good CNAs IF that

Called today to schedule an appointment for chest and sinus discomfort. I was told, per policy, I had to schedule a virtual meeting because my symptoms are on the COVID list. I ask her, how are they going properly diagnose me virtually? I Told the receptionist, I had the COVID test last Friday and that I am test weekly. She told me again about the policy.

Then went on to say, if the doctor can't diagnose me, they will schedule an in person visits. I then ask, if there was a co-pay for the virtual visit. So in conclusion if the doctor can not diagnose me virtual, I would pay the co-pay, then go in and pay another co-pay. Does anyone see the problem with this? They are charging the medical insurance twice.

My entire family goes to APCM (7 ppl total). I completely trust everyone at this doctor office. They've help save my life and other members of my family. Everyone listens to your comments and doesnt just throw random scripts at you and hope they work. The only downside is the wait times once you check in seem to be a little long (not so much since covid). but its bc they actually listen to you. and work with you so I understand why it runs late some times.

If you need a sick visit, if you call in the AM, in most cases you'll get a same day appointment which is AMAZING now a days. If you are looking for a primary, THIS IS THE PLACE. Again, everyone here is great at what they do. Thank you all for all the many years of taking care of me, and my family.

I have never had any problems with Dr. Steinmetz-he is wonderful! All the Nurse Practitioners are great also. One complaint is getting through their phone lines and some times who ever answers the phones most of the time (not always) is curt and rushed to take your information. If you leave a message don't expect a call back! Another issue is that there is no Handicap Entrance.

My 88 year old Mother recently moved in with me and I wanted to bring her there as a new patient but was curtly told there isn't any handicap entrance when I inquired about it. Thinking of transferring to a different Primary Care!

The practitioners are great but the staff can make the experience dreadful. I continue to go here because both Sara and Olga are great and provide the best patient care. I am considering finding another office because the wait time is long even when you arrive early, getting someone to on the phone is rough in terms of wait time and communication.

Expect to be on hold every time you call as well. I'm assuming that it is because this office is always busy. They can be very abrupt so make sure you lay out all of your questions ahead of time.

I've been a patient here for several years and have never had a problem with Dr. Steinmetz or the PA Allie. They're both very knowledgeable and compassionate when dealing with different appointment types. I've been seen for annuals as well as problem and sick visits and have received nothing but great care. I work in a specialty doctors office so our hours are remotely the same so having Saturday appointment options and video appointments are an excellent way to provide patient centered care to patients like myself that work M-F 9-5's. I had my first video appointment today and was very pleased with the timeliness, helpfulness and insight that Dr. Steinmetz provided. Highly recommend!

Dr Steinmetz has been my primary care for a long time now. He's very attentive and knowledgeable, and NOT one to over diagnose or over medicate. And he's healthy in his own life, so he practices what he preaches. Great staff, can't really complain about spending time in the waiting room, that's just part of how it goes in a busy office. I've never had any problems with Greg or any of the staff, like a certain reviewer. But hey, bad experiences happen everywhere once in a while.

I have been going to this practice for over 4 years now. I always get the highest quality and comprehensive healthcare when I go. Back in 2016 they sent me for a biopsy of a nodule in my thyroid and found it was cancerous. They made sure to get me the best surgeon to remove my thyroid and followed through every step with me. Today I am doing well and continue to get outstanding care from this practice.

I can't say enough good things about them. The only negative I can say is that sometimes you can have a long wait to see the doctor. I feel this is because the doctors here tend to every need of their patients and do not hurry them along. I know this because that is how I am treated. They always listen to my every need and answer all of my questions. The staff is also amazing! They always greet me with a friendly smile. I do recommend Associates in Primary Care for primary health care.

"Cherrie" answered, rude and unprofessional. My first time calling to be a new patient she laughed at me when asking me my reason for calling then asked me what insurance coverage I have. I told her I have UHC she then proceeded to chuckle again and rudely said we don't take that insurance here goodbye" SUPER RUDE! Funny thing is the person who Ref me has UHC!
