An estimated four million people in the United States are infected with Hepatitis C. And, 70 percent of people who are infected with Hepatitis C do not even know they have the disease -- because they lack symptoms. In fact, when symptoms do appear, it's not uncommon that the disease is diagnosed in advanced stages.

This was my first colonoscopy and I could have not been more pleased with the staff Dr. Kaufman & the amazing nurses Margie Homan, Johanna Pagano and Kathleen Brown were simply amazing. Dr. Scott the anesthesia doctor made sure I knew exactly what was going on I recommend this office %. Let's not forget the front office because they make it happen as well

A close family member had a number of tests done here FIVE WEEKS AGO and her primary is still waiting on results. Horrible turnaround times on very important medical tests.

I've been with this place for about six or seven years, I have Crohn's disease. I was seeing Dr. Kaufman, which I really liked but he pushes medication which I eventually want to get off(Humira and Imuran) after being healthy for so long. I'm leaving this practice soon though, The office is horrible! I've been out of medicine now for three weeks called three times no one calls you back apparently they do not care. I do not recommend this practice. look elsewhere

I have been seeing this group since 2013 and have received nothing but the best care from both the doctor and staff. If I call, I receive a call back. If I need something, they are there for me. Definitely recommend.

Definitely would look elsewhere. Called because of intense pain and need a prescription renewed. Said they can not renew my prescription without a meeting. They say the soonest meeting they have is 10 days out. OKAY so you can not renew a prescription (I have already had with this place before) And I have to wait 10 days. I told them I am in pain.

They do not care. Now I have waited ten days, and they are an hour and a half late for my zoom meeting. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere because believe me they do not care about you.

I have been here in the past and was happy but my Dr. recently left and I had to go to a new dr. Dr. Rosman has a horrible bedside manner. He ignored everything I told him, completely dismissed me. I had a routine colonoscopy ( I have to get them every 2 years) he called in medicine I specifically told him did not work. The other I told him my insurance will not pay for but he called it in anyway.

So nice of him to do on a friday, so I get to go all weekend without any medicine. His blasse attitude about ulcerative colitis is disturbing. Oh the receptionist called the person to pick up before I even went back and then gave them an attitude when they got there. I would go somewhere else if I could!

Dr. Verrengia is the best. She's very nice and very caring. Helped me get rid of my Hep C. Think she's the best Dr. I've ever been to and I'm 64 years old so I've seen a few. Also her nurse Tracy is also the bomb!

I made an appointment and showed up 30 minutes early at the Northfield office. I forgot some paperwork and they told me to sit down it would be OK, even though I could have picked it up and come back in 20 minutes. Needless to say at the time of my appointment, I needed the paperwork and I had to cancel my appointment and reschedule. On my second appointment, I was rudely told that the appointment I had made was for a different date, even though I had written it down in my calendar.

The staff was not helpful, and not courteous. From the reviews, I see I'm not the only one to experience this. As for the doctors, they may well be great, but I won't know, as I will not be going back.

Rude staff, nurse never called back after asking about changing my medication and telling her I was still in terrible pain and needed more testing. Complained of my pain to the doctor and asked if it was my gallbladder, he touched it and said no it's not and gave me dexilant. Turns out it was half full of gallstones and I just had it removed a few weeks ago. Went the whole summer in awful pain. They throw PPIS at you and don't want to fully investigate unless you're persistent and keep calling.
