I've had a wonderful experience with the doctors but trying to get contacts this week has been a nightmare. They were delayed coming and arrived today. They close at 6:30 and I called to say my gps eta was 6:32 and would that be okay. I was told no, they lock the door at 6:30 and won't stay late. Which is fine, but I ended up getting there at 6:29.

The door was locked and an employee looked at me and walked away. I'm out of contacts and so frustrated with the service here. Update: I received a call from the owner after my review and she apologized and was very nice. She immediately rectified the issue and even offered free sample contacts to hold me over.

Friendly, Prompt and Professional. Not a whole lot more to add, they check all the boxes and I feel very comfortable that I am receiving the best care for my eyes here.

I visited to get my Maui Jim sunglasses repaired. I paid for the service and was promised a completion in 3-4 days. Instead it took 14 days! When I went to pick it up, the store was closed even though the open hours on the door stated closing was to occur 1 hr later. When I finally got the 'repaired' glasses 2 days later, I asked if anything would be done because of my negative experience and I was told I would be contacted the following day.

I got no phone call. When I put the sunglasses on, BOTH new lenses fell out. I highly recommend staying away from this place. They do not keep their word and have terrible workmanship.

My family and I have been patients of Family Eye Care for many years. Whenever recommendations from others are requested I do not hesitate to recommend their practice. I have always felt that they are highly professional in their eye care and wellness efforts.

Everything at Family Eye care is always top notch. The office overall is exceptionally well run, from the communication to booking appointments to running on time, never an issue. I have been ordering contacts from them for years and the pricing is just as competitive as online, but I get much better service and they will take back unused contacts (as long as box is not opened!).

I recently had cataract surgery along with vision correction and the amount of personal attention and service I received was beyond anything I would expect. Every step was explained well, planned out and documented to make it easy on the patient, and the outcome was better than I ever imagined. I completely trust Dr. B with my eyes. Aubrey was fantastic to deal with throughout the entire process, and made everything just a little bit easier by taking the extra time to explain things in detail and reassure me along the way. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone in this office is always kind and courteous. I have yearly glaucoma evaluation, eye appointments and I get new glasses, and I have never encountered an unfriendly person from the moment I walk in the door. Today I was allowed to piggyback on my husbands optician appointment and time was made for me so that I didn't have to come back another day for a progressive lens fitting.

Thank you so much for making time for me Caitlin! And while they don't carry all the frames we would like, they have always been willing to order what we want. Our only request: please carry Modo frames for men to make this easier!

Condescending, rude, and DID NOT WASH HANDS BEFORE TOUCHING MY EYES! While I was grateful to be seen today (after calling and asking if I should see this doctor or my PC regarding discomfort and irritation in both eyes). Doc walked in and addressed me as kiddo, proceeded to give me a lecture about dry eye in the Northeast (I informed him I've been wearing contacts in the NE for over 20 yrs) and then had his assistant notate that it appears my eyes are irritated due to contact overuse (he discerned this after I just informed him that I wear contacts only a couple hours a day).

He made a point to mention that he'd squeezed me in on a very busy day to ensure my issue wasn't an emergency. well, hopefully I won't end up in an emergent situation from having my eyes touched with dirty hands in the middle of a pandemic.

I understand that there are general staffing shortages, but went it this morning to try to get a pair of glasses fixed. Only available option was to leave the glasses with them for an unknown period of time, or schedule a appointment for 3 days later. Receptionist showed very little understanding that some people cannot function without glasses.

My three family members have been loyal customer for decades. Two of us have different eye insurance plans and one has none. The one of us who has no eye care/vision coverage was forced to pay over $800 for eye glasses and extremely high payment for services left over from the 20% that medicare did to cover and services that werent covered at all by Medicare. The two of us that had vision plans paid next to nothing. It was a stark example of the poorest getting price-gouged. This was with a 10% discount that we begged for.
