One of the most important decisions one can make when deciding to have cosmetic surgery is choosing the right doctor to perform the procedure. Amazing from the first consultation to the follow up. I'm 5 weeks post op and I'm so amazed with how fast this recovery is happening. The staff was so friendly. Hope was the first person that was with Dr. Bailey at the consultation and it was helpful because she had the same procedure that I was doing. Dr. Bailey was great and accommodating. He's very knowledgeable and made the decision easy for me. For your breast augmentation needs I highly recommend this group

A very close family member of mine had a minor procedure done with a laser a few days ago. Over the weekend they developed infections at every point that work was done. The on call physician was called MANY times and did not answer the phone. The progression of the infections forced this person to seek care at an Urgent care, where they immediately directed them to the emergency room where antibiotics where administered.
At the follow up visit, the doctor very jokingly said the on call physician, I believe Dr. Bailey, did not have the on call cell phone turned on that day. Due to this negligence I could have lost a very dear relative to sepsis just in time for Christmas. I understand that infections happen quite easily, but to have the on call phone turned off and ignore a suffering patient is unacceptable. With a background in the medical field, I am simply horrified at the treatment this person received.

I've came to Dr. Bailey for years now and have always had the highest quality experience! He always goes above and beyond to make sure the procedure for Botox and Filler are pain free. In my 20's I struggled with extremely bad migraines, at least 3 per month. Once I started Botox with Dr. Bailey they were completely alleviated and of course the cosmetic results were top notch as well.
The entire office staff has always made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I truly feel like they care about me and I'm not "just another patient". I am always pleased with my results. Dr. Collin Bailey is the BEST! His unmatchable expertise keeps me coming back!

Dr. Bailey and his staff are phenomenal! They are very down to earth, but very professional as well. They make you feel comfortable and confident! EXCEPTIONAL SURGEON AND STAFF! The past 15 years I've wrestled with the idea of wanting to enhance my look and how I felt in my skin by having a breast lift and augmentation. I'm in my mid 40s, three grown children and well it was time. Living in Texas, yes Texas I heard about Dr. Bailey and his staff in Osage Beach, MO from some friends. I decided to take a road trip and go for it.
After meeting with Dr. Bailey, his staff of nurses, and my list of non negotiables, I was sure he was the surgeon for me. Dr. Bailey listened, heard my every request and walked me through it all. I paid and scheduled the surgery that day. A month later I was back in his office. Almost a year later I'm still in awe of the results! I started lopsided by 2 cup sizes. I went to two separate surgeons, Unsure of what I wanted and truly needed done. First one I felt uncomfortable and I then went to Bailey as he was alsp recommended and instantly felt great. They did amazing! I am so happy I chose him and his staff is so great. They answer any question and never make you feel awful for asking.
They explain everything so great and always would work me in if I needed anything. Night or day Bailey answers which is awesome. The process is overwhelming but once I hit week 6, I felt back to myself. I hope anyone who thinks of doing this for themselves chooses him. I can't thank them for all they have done and continue to do. They stand behind what they do and any doubt you have, will be eased when you arrive. Love them all. Dr Bailey and his staff are wonderful, professional and friendly. This is the second time in 10 years that I have needed to have vein repair. Each time the procedure has been successful, painless with instantaneous results! My legs no longer hurt! The varicose veins have disappeared thanks to Dr. Bailey. I had an absolutely great experience from start to finish. Dr. Bailey saw me twice before finally going through with the procedure. The office staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Making an appointment was very easy. The doctor was very honest with what needed to be done. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely return for my second procedure!
