I would never trust any doctor as I do Dr. Barley. He listens and is so attentive, does not rush you away, and answers all of your questions. He has great advice and ideas to make you feel better. He is amazing. He is dedicated to his work and to his patients!

I first came here to learn about the Ideal Protein Diet in 2011. I lost 50 lbs in approximately 12 weeks, but also learned how to change my diet. Once you join, you are a member for life and can come back as often as needed. I just started again for the 3rd time as over time some of the weight has crept back. This time I am looking to lose only 20 to 25 lbs to get back to where I was after the first time.

Lost 7 lbs in my first week back. Staff is terrific and knowledgeable and excited to help in your weight loss. They are now also a spa, but I go for the Ideal Protein Diet. It works and I would recommend to anyone that has struggled with other diets.
