This is the second time i have walked out of Culbertson Memorial in my lifetime, both times due to long wait times. Today we sat in the waiting room for two n half hours. Last time was the same. They even turned a young gentleman away who needed stiches, telling him to come back in the morning he would have to wait a long time today. Its to the point that ill be driving to the next town over for medical assistance from now on.

Wow, would not recommend. Dr there was horrible. Wanted to run over 15 k worth of unnecessary tests, and didn't do a physical exam first. Gave 2 stars due to the nurses and tech being so nice and very helpful. Bet if they did an audit of this place there would be some insurance fraud and medical malpractice.

This place has almost killed me twice. First time sent me home in a middle of a asthmatic attacked, I was brought back to the er who admitted me (the same er doc) for COPd. Then after a few days another doctor told me I didn't have copd. Last night was the kicker, I don't even know how this is even a hospital. I had been dry heeding for over 24, I was shaking and so much sweat.

I could t even walk. My asked them to come get me, this was at 7pm, they told her doctors shut them off from taking EMERGENCY ROOM visit. I'm deathly sick, still am. this hospital needs to shut down NOW!

This place is a joke! I am not convinced that this is a hospital! More like a nursing home. The staff are rude and only sit in the office in their cell phones all day doing nothing. I asked the young lady by the name of "Beth" if I can use the bathroom, and she replied, "what you got a nervous bladder or something " totally unprofessional. If something was to happen to me and I had to go to this place again, just let me die. This place is horrible and should be shut down

What part of DKA don't you understand. Receptionist was awful. We expressed the urgency over and over while he vomited and shook, ready to pass out in front of her. No urgency, no sympathy no nothing. She acted like we were bothering her! Had to tell the doctors what needed to be done. Just clueless all the way around.

We are beyond blessed to have Culbertson Hospital in Rushville! From the E.R., Radiology, Lab and Specialty Clinics my family has had the best experience in some of the most difficult times! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to Healthcare! FYI I have never seen floors that shine like yours do either - very clean!

I took my husband to the ER here after he became deadly I'll from eating cherry tomatoes and lettuce from Walmart. He had fever, vomiting, BM issues, and severe stomach and intestinal pain. This was when Walmart was having an outbreak of illnesses and recalls on their food like this. He was never definitively diagnosed and the doctors refused to take and test the lettuce and tomato I had brought with me and tried to give them.

They guessed he had diverticulitis and sent us off with a prescription for over the counter gasX! Was supposed to get antibiotics too but by the time we got to the pharmacy to fill we were told that the doctor changed his mind and decided my husband didn't need any. My husband continued to be deadly sick for days and missed several days of work. I had to take him to Macomb urgent care to get the proper meds and he was put on 2 different types of strong antibiotics. Culbertson hosp wasted our time, treated my husband like he didn't matter and he was not properly cared for.

He could have died because the ER Dr. was incompetent. Mind you we have great insurance and the copay is also $250 bucks. It was a waste of time and money. We will never go back to that ER!

HORRIBLE customer service. My dad had physical therapy already scheduled for 2-3x a week. We mixed up the times on the first day "apparently". And when we called down we were told since we missed the appointment, they cancelled all of his appointments and the time slots had magically all filled up within this 2 hour time span. They then commented "dont tell your doctor because this is your fault not ours." Health care providers are supposed to HELP but instead all they did was yell & laugh at my dad for missing his appointment. Seriously what a joke. I wouldn't recommend these services to anyone. We have NEVER been treated with such disrespect.
