The provider Megan is excellent and truly cares about her job. There is another new provider who has been excellent. It is just hard to get appointments sometimes.

FHN is kind of a Walmart of family healthcare. Everything, including the doctors, is shoddy. I wish I'd never set foot in the place. I could have gotten better care somewhere else. Shop around, and give a hard pass on this place.

Took our 13 month for her Flu vaccine. She got sick the day before so we figured she would not receive the shot but we would still take her to get looked at. Our appointment was at 9am and there were very few cars in the parking lot and nobody in the waiting room. We were told the doctor was too busy to look at her. We asked if he could come look anyway.

They brought back at nurse who told us our daughter looks fine, even though she had a nasty cough and a fever, and she could still receive the flu shot. We obviously declined and as we left we saw the doctor having casual conversation. No reason he couldn't have taken 5 minutes to look at her. That night my daughter spiked a 104.2 fever. We got her looked at by someone else who said she is obviously sick and in need of antibiotics. After 2 doses of antibiotics my daughter was already looking much better. Take your child to Family Health Network in Cortland if you want your kids to die.

Very rude office staff. Every visit we felt humiliated. Paperwork never done in a timely fashion. Seriously looking for another provider. Liked the doc, but this just isn't worth it.

The receptionist are rude. I got called a liar after I had called the day before to reschedule my sons appointment, they said I never rescheduled just called to cancel after they gave me appointment times to come back. So when my fiance went in for the time they had supposedly scheduled us for they refused to help her until she complained, the nurse was extremely rude saying my son was overweight and that we didn't even have an appointment so they shouldn't have even seen him. The pediatrician megan was the only person that made the visit worth it. Other than we have never felt more disrespected by medical staff in our lives.
