Black Stone Physical Medicine Black Stone Physical Medicine manages a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions. Diagnostic ultrasound is a new technology that can assist in the diagnosis of musculoskeletal complaints while saving time and money for the patient.

We are able to diagnose rotator cuff tears in office which can save time and prevent an MRI which would otherwise be required. New and advanced treatment options include ultrasound guided injections, platelet rich plasma injections, autologous stem cell injections, and xray guided spine injections. Majority of conditions can be managed with appropriate exercise prescriptions.

Short wait time both in waiting room and the exam room. Very good conversation regarding the reason(s) for my visit. Good because he listened and then offered input. At the close of the meeting we reviewed options for treatment ranging from mild to aggressive all based on the best information available.

Great experience having a nerve study done at Black Stone Physical Medicine. They were awesome and took time to explain each step. The whole study was pretty much painless. Definitely recommend using Black Stone if you need to have a EMG done

I have been receiving treatments from Corvallis black stone for the past 12-14 months. While recovery has been slow I have received excellent service and have avoided back surgery. Dr Musson and staff are kind, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend blackstone pain clinic to anyone willing to avoid surgery and change bad habits that attribute to pain.

Finally getting a Dr. that actually cares.and has worked with me to find the best locations for my neck injections! I now don't have Severe headaches every day. I actually have more motion in my neck and the constant pain has dropped considerably as I have went from 3-4 pain pills a day to 1 when needed. I am not overstating when I happily state that this has been life changing for me. I am so thankful to Dr. Musson and his caring staff for looking out for MY best interest and well being.something that to often seems to be missing in today's world!

Office itself was great and I'd give five stars, but I did have a hard time finding it. Once I was there I really did not like the testing. I found it uncomfortable. That of course is not their fault but it does contribute to the overall experience. With that being said, the staff is great and the doctor is good and I'm glad that they can help.

Doctor very knowledgeable and more importantly he actually listens. Very pleased. After my experience with a Samaritan ortho doc which left me furious I was delighted to finally feel like my knee might be manageable again.

I have degenerative disks and have suffered with chronic pain for years. Black Stone Physical Medicine listen with compassion and offered understanding and answers. I received a epidural, and it was the most effective I have ever received. I am relieved to be under their care.

All the practitioners are compassionate and knowledgeable. It's very helpful for chronic pain patients to be able to use other modalities to keep moving. Everyone is kind and respectful, and I mean all the staff, from reception to PAs and doctor. If you need help managing pain, short or long term, feel confident that you will receive the help you need.

Doctor Munson is the one to see for your painful needs! He knows what he is doing, cares about and listens to his patients, and is readily available to address your questions and concerns. Too bad other doctors are not so attentive.

Since a fall in 2018 I've been to many doctors. I seriously love this place. Very clean and comfortable sitting area. The medical staff always have been respectful and listen to my needs. The office has up to date medical equipment with a variety of treatments. Overall, I am a very pleased patient. BLACK STONE~thank you all.

Dr. Munson is extremely skilled at what he does, and just as important, he LISTENS, responds, is incredibly patient and has made two possibly difficult experiences almost pleasurable because of what he brings to it with his incredible bedside manner.
