It's a good place except they don't get in no hurry to fill your medicine I went a week ago and they still ain't got my medicine filled

Great drs. Except dealing with Sherry in durable medical. She's rude and while trying to explain she abruptly hangs up on you.

They listen & go out if their way to help you. Great set of Drs & FNPs. They were great until I found out that when the phone lines are down, they claim they can't get a message through on the computer either. IT person. Should be no correlation.

Dr. Alli is the best pediatrician all 3 of my kids just love her to pieces me to she just understands a parents concerns and acts on the issues at hand

My doctor chelsey babb is great she cares about her patient's.and went to a great college of medicine.

To the CEO _ Barbie Kilday I was seen starts Roan Mountain Rural Health services in February 7th, 2018. At 2 a.m. That morning had a horrible cough, couldn't breathe well, cold and clammy, teeth chattering.this went on for 3 hours. I got in with Roan Mountain Clinic (I am a patient there and see Jamesia Harris FNP). She found my b/p to be extreme!y low.72\54.she would not allow me to drive home but called the ambulance to take me to Sycamore Shoals Hospital in Elizabethton.

Once tgere, chest X-Ray confirmed left lobe pneumonia.blood work confirmed troponin level elevated.echo and stress confirmed I had had a heart attack. Long story short.if not for Roan Mtn. Clinic and Jamesia's actions I probably would not be here today. That office is so friendly and professiona!.they took care of calling my sister to inform her as to what was going on so she could meet me at the hospital.in this day and time where all people want to do is gripe and complain, I wanted to let you know how thankful I am for the Rural Health Services Consortium in Roan Mountain!
