This location rescheduled 3x for my initial appointment within ONE HOUR for various reasons, and were only able to book me out 2-3 weeks at a time. I would rearrange my schedule and then they would just. cancel. No one really seemed to care - and were upset with me that I was upset about it? And the constant reminders that if I late cancelled I would have to pay a fee really had me laughing, seems like they owe me about $100 lol.

They continuously asked me what I was coming in for and then inquired as if I was supposed to know why I needed a hearing test, (they were the ones that said I needed a hearing test before the initial appointment) I don't know, hot mess lol I ended up called another ENT in the area who scheduled me for a hearing test AND an initial appointment in the same appointment about a week out.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Mariah Samara. I had an emergency visit because I had an earring stuck in my ear canal and was in chronic pain. I had never been to this office before and never been in this situation so I didn't know what to expect. Dr Mariah told me exactly what she was going to do and got it out in under 20 seconds. She was efficient, cautious, and kind. She had excellent bedside manner and knows exactly what she's doing. 10/10 would go to her again.

I had very good medical treatment, but beware! I overpaid the bill for my office visit and have yet to receive my refund. The receptionist insisted I had a copay. (Since coming onto medicare, I don't.) I did not want to argue and I assumed I would receive a refund. That was in October. After making several phone calls, I have not received the refund.

I lost my hearing (completely) in one ear as the result of surgery and needed to see a Dr ASAP. Boston ENT is part of Beth Israel, so that fact made my life a lot easier for care coordination with other doctors, AND I noticed on their website something called "ZocDoc". I was looking after business hours and was going to call the next morning (and when you can't hear in one ear, it makes talking on the phone REALLY difficult), but clicked on ZocDoc and realized I could book an appointment online, enter all my insurance info and get most of my paperwork done as well.

How easy is that? I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Kessler right away, and he is fantastic. Very nice, explained everything in English (you know, no "only a medical professional can understand what he/she means"), and delivered the not-good-news about my hearing in the nicest way possible (fortunately, I already knew I couldn't hear, he simply told me it was much worse).

I needed to see a much more specialized colleague of his as well since there might be more surgery in my future, and his office made a quick call (at 4:50PM) to schedule that for me. Convenient office, lots of parking, and I would recommend them to anyone.
