As a nonprofit organization, we provide over $7 million annually in free and unreimbursed care to patients in need with little or no medical insurance.

A call comes in and within 10 minutes a Boston MedFlight critical care team is in an aircraft or ground vehicle. We've been briefed, we know the patient's condition, but there's no such thing as a routine mission. We must be prepared for anything. Highly skilled and experienced, our teams could have chosen a different, less intensive medical career.

Working in the cardiac Cath lab at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River we deal with Med flight occasionally and I'm always impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the teams. Today I watched as the helicopter departed and am in awe of the technical skills of the pilot navigating out of the landing pad location. Simply amazing! Hat's off to you! Thanks for all you do!

Why is your helicopter pilot following me? The one, who flew N143NE (A0AF06) today 06-25-2021at 8:30 pm (20:30 hours). If it's the pilot, who looks like an ectomorphic-version of bailiff Bull Shannon on "Night Court, " then I'm 100% sure he's been stalking me for years. You can let him know that I'm not interested.
