I have been a patient of the WRMA for over 10 years with Dr. Thomas. The office has since reorganized over 2 years ago and I'm know seen by Dr. Kaur. She is friendly, professional and a caring doctor. I'm happy to be under the care of this team.

I recently switched practices to Windsor Regional Medical Associates in East Windsor, NJ. Dr. Sarina Sanghvi spent a lot of time getting caught up on my medical history. She is genuinely concerned about my health and has made every effort to make sure I was on the right medicines and had all of the proper vaccines. She even called me today to let me know that the CDC changed eligibility for the COVID 19 booster vaccine and tell me that I am eligible.

If you need to speak with the doctor, the staff is more than willing to schedule a telemedicine appointment or in person appointment. I find her pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and diligent. I highly recommend her.

I've been part of this practice for over 10 years and I love it. It's an on time practice so you quickly see the doctor without the excessive waiting I've experienced at other practices. All the doctors are exceptional, caring and attentive. They really listen. I highly recommend it.

Dr. Sarika Sanghvi, D.O. was extremely personable and took her time to answer questions and explain her process. I felt very comfortable with her.

I've gone to Windsor Regional Medical Associates for years now and they seem to have really let customer service go. Their follow up is extremely poor and lacks professionalism. l rarely get a call back on lab results and during my last appointment the doctor was speaking openly about my health issues in the hall. I was quite happy before they split the practice into preferred and secondary patients. Now it seems I may have to change practices.

Dr. Bowers is by far the best physician I've ever had. She is professional but treats you like a person, not just a patient and is easy to develop a rapport with. Her medical knowledge is so extensive that I usually find her recommendations to be better than those of specialists I see. She explains everything and doesn't just write prescriptions for every ailment but gives reasonable suggestions for lifestyle changes, OTC meds/vitamins, etc. to manage health issues. Dr. Bowers also always errs on the side of caution and will make sure you get appropriate diagnostic procedures rather than dismissing complaints (even if you're a bit of a hypochondriac like me) but she also will not make you come in for an unnecessary appointment if she can give appropriate advice through portal messages.

Though I don't know all of the doctors in the practice, my husband regularly see Dr. Thomas, who is also knowledgeable with a friendly but professional demeanor. Though I would see Dr. Bowers no matter where she practiced, luckily I also love most of the nurses, receptionists and even their billing people! I could go on forever but I'll just summarize by saying that the whole practice is great, the staff have gone above and beyond for me and my husband in several situations and I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a great practice.

Dr. Gabriela Bowers at first refused to authorize a PSA test for me because of my age commenting that men my age will die from other causes- not prostate cancer- even though my PSA percentiles showed a steady increase. I insisted on being tested and went to an. urologist who confirmed I had prostate cancer. She then unilaterally refused to continue being my physician citing that she no longer serves Medicare patients.

One star is too many stars! Reply--In my medical records that I received from your office you stated that PSA screening in not necessary for males over age 72. I am not an abstract statistic. I am an individual patient and should be treated as an individual patient. Incontinence and impotence can be coped with. Cancer that can spread can be life threatening at any age. Your Hippocratic oath says-do no harm. You discharged my wife and myself to another doctor in you group without consulting us.

If it had not have been for the diligence of Dr Sanghvi and the office staff, my cancer would not have been caught and cured at such an early stage. Since becoming a patient two years ago, I've always been able to get an appointment- sometimes with a different doctor. Dr Sanghvi is incredible though. She really takes the time to listen and knows her stuff!
