Rose Nurse Practitioner. She has been the best doctor for my daughter and has helped me in so many ways. She was wonderful at bed side manner and always willing to help me with anything I needed. Also her nursing staff who answers the phone, her name is Kate. Also fantastic and always so sweet. Thank you guys so very much with everything. I hope this review finds you!

Can't ever get the front desk when I call. Usually have to hold for the answering service. Today I had to Wait for 15 minutes to get an answering service. Then the second time I call I wait 9 minutes to be placed on hold again. Great doctors and never have excessive wait time on site but over 30 minutes of hold time f Mior a med refill is not ok.

My kids primary care Dr. was booked and asked if I would someone else to see them. I've always had great experiences with everyone at Boys Town so I said yes. My kiddos were seen by Amanda Petersmith and she is so sweet, caring and kind. So even though my kids doctor couldn't see them because she was booked for the day Amanda went above and beyond. Thank you Amanda Petersmith.

I love our doctor and always feel like she goes beyond my expectations to help our kids. The staff is a different story. It seems like there is no communication between areas. We get an email saying we can schedule well checks. I call the office and they aren't. You can rarely just call and make an appointment. You have to leave a message and have a nurse call. Again, my doctor is great. If it was just her and the other doctors we have seen, I would give 5 stars.

We took our son in for possible strep during after hours and are really disappointed with how we were treated. For the record, I have had nothing but good things to say about Boystown and our Pediatrician is amazing. We were seen by Amanda L Smithpeters. I will request a real physician next time. She treated us like we were idiots. Four kids and twelve years later, I'm fairly confident of the severity of my children's illnesses.
She spoke down to us and was incredibly arrogant. I told her my kids have had impetigo with strep and one doctor even diagnosed strep by the rash. She said impetigo is staph, not strep. That is wrong! It is caused by strep and staph and indicative of strep in children. She never once asked my child how he was feeling. Awful Experience.

Dr Domet is a wonderful doctor. He never is rushed and really takes the time to hear my concerns, address them and helps me feel comfortable as a new mom. He is very encouraging and just does a great great job with our little one. I am so thankful to have him as our Dr and feel confident that our little one is in good hands!
