Extremely disappointed how this place has changed. The doctors who have seen my little brother are incompetent. My baby brother recently went for a check up and the doctor who saw him barely even examined him. He has been sick for two weeks and my mother decided to take him to another clinic, a PA came in to check him, and found an ear infection and much more, something the doctor at milestone couldn't have possibly diagnosed due to the lack of interaction she had with my baby brother.

She affirmed my brother was fine and no medicine was needed. Wrong he has been sick for two weeks and we wouldn't have known anything if it weren't for the amazing PA at the other clinic. Please take your children elsewhere. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but our experiences with this place is just ridiculous.

The front desk employees are THE WORST! We've been using this practice for more than 5 years, and they ALWAYS have an attitude. Ladies, you work on a pediatric office, you have to be more empathetic to parents when our kids are sick. Do yourself a favor and find another job you enjoy. Also, it's July 2021, and they're still requiring Televisit appointments even though you tell them that the kids don't have any covid symptoms.

It's like they are doctors, but don't want to see patients. What's the point to work as doctors if they are going to send you to the urgent care facilities every time you need to bring your kids for a doctor's visit. WORST PEDIATRIC office, worst!

I can understand being cautious through the pandemic, but splitting up toddler twins and making one wait in the waiting room was really stupid and unnecessary. This will be the last time to visit this awful clinic. Lost not one, but two patients.

My son's Iron levels were outside normal range and getting close to become toxic. Unfortunately, we found out after a month of the lab issuing the results to the doctor. We were able to know because we kept calling their office asking the lab results and finally a nurse called back to tells us that my son only had an issue with vitamin D. After asking for a hard copy of the results, We identified that the LabCorp also reported the danger Iron levels.

How can we trust them our children lives? No to mention that when I called back for an explanation on this issue, the office manager was very rude in given us an explanation that the doctor doesn't believe the iron levels are critical. I guess they will let us know once the iron levels damage the liver, kidneys, pancreas or become fatal.

Milestone pediatrics is great. I've been here for as long as I can remember, since I was a little kid and I have always found the staff friendly and welcoming. They're quick to get you in and also very helpful on the phone. The doctors are even better, especially Dr. Lowe. She's so patient, kind, and understanding and just a great person all around.

I'm really glad to have met her over the years. I'm not sure if Dr. Breacher is still around the office. I haven't seen him in awhile, but he's also fantastic and very knowledgeable especially when dealing with asthma. These doctors are those that I aspire to be like as a health care provider one day and this place very worth checking out!

I got a $90 bill for asking a constipation question while having a 30 month checkup. I know my insurance is not the best, but if i was at least informed that by asking a question, i maybe charged extra since it is not included in the 30 month checkup, i would not have questioned it. Doctor asked if I had any concern, so i just asked it, not because it was serious or anything but I noticed my son not going as often. Dr wrote me a order to get him x-rayed to see how much back up is in his stomach, but I decided not to go, because, like i said, it was not that serious. I told the billing person how ridiculous this was, but she didnt really seem to care, nor was she trying to help. Not going there anymore. I really did love Dr. Lowe though.

I really like most of the doctors my favorite is Dr. Kang but the girls in the front desk are rude and always act annoyed they are definitely not good at customer service especially this new one in the corner with this white, bleached, grayish hair she's young and she is so rude they really need to get rid of her

Wonderful people here. My children haven't been seen by every doctor, but the ones we have met are all wonderful. Specifically, Dr. Brecher, Dr. Lowe and Dr. Douglas are intelligent, professional, informative and super nice. They make my kids feel comfortable and at ease, answer every question and offer great advice. Also, while I don't think I've personally met the officer manager, Ms. Baker, she responded so quickly to a request that I barely had time to worry about anything. 5 stars!

The doctors are awesome, front desk is welcoming and helpful. I can always get an appointment when needed, I also do know at times there are other children in need. The office hours are accommodating to my busy work schedule. I have been coming to this practice with my child for 14 years.

I love Milestone Pediatrics. I only see Dr. Lowe for my 9 month old son. She is so patient, and so kind. Dr. Lowe makes me feel good every time I go in there. There was a time (as a first time mom) I was in her office at least once a month, but she reassured me that it was ok! I've suggested her to many of my friends who are pregnant. Very thankful for this practice.

I like milestone Pediatrics but everytime I call to make an appointment or visit the office one of the girls from the front desk has always an attitude, I like the doctors and some of the nurses because the other ones have an acttitud also. I feel uncomfortable with them. I'm thinking about changing my children's pediatrician. Smh

Rude Rude RUDE. The girls at the front desk are rude and definitely not people welcoming. They act like they have an attitude every time I call to schedule an appointment. I noticed they treat the Hispanic patients WAY more kind than non-Hispanics. Dr. Denise Lowe is a GREAT pediatrician I just wish she would relocate to a friendly environment. I will no longer use Milestone Pediatrics!

I love Milestone Pediatrics, my son has been seen by Dr. Lou since he was born, and she has been so amazing! Dr. Lou has always been helpful, answering my questions, respecting my decisions and giving us proper treatment when my son needed it. I do not plan on going somewhere else. The staff in Milestone pediatrics is great! all of the girls in the reception area are friendly, and the medical assistants too. Everytime I go there I see everyone working, if my son is sick, I call and they schedule an appointment asap. I recommend this place! We are very happy with them.

This is the worst doctors' office I have ever dealt with. In the last 2 months I have been there almost weekly with my 3 kids. The nurses are rude and unpleasant, and the doctors' bedside manners are poor, to say the least. But the most frustrating thing about this office is how disorganized and poorly run they are. It has been 2 months of phone calls and appointments just to get a simple health form filled out for preschool (and I still don't have it).

No one in the office knows what is going on. They keep losing my kids' records. If my insurance covered any other pediatrician in this area I would change in a heartbeat.

Dr. Brecher was my first child pediatrician when he was born back in 2002, then my daughter came along in 2010 and their quality of care/service just went down hill from there, they kept treating my daughter for an ear infection when in reality she had urinary track infection that ended up becoming a really bad Kidney infection, this happened several times and i only find out because I took her to a Urologist at children's, every single time I took her to their office I would have to go thru all my daughter medical history with the doctor because they didn't take the time to take a look at her file, I have to constantly remind them that she was allergic to certain medication when they keep prescribing it, it got to the point where they gave my daughter a shot twice because they fail to keep records of them or just too lazy to read thru them, most of the doctors are bad.

Doctor Kim was the worst, she is insecure and because she doesn't know what she is doing, the manager is the worst person in the office, she is condescending and lack of basic customer service, they have way too many patients that they can possible handle, the practice is more concern about profiting and volume than their patient's well being and the quality of care they provide, their nurses are rude and mean with no exception, after all those years it was time to move on, it was dangerous to stay, this people literally put in danger the life of their patients.

I was a patient when I was child and my mom always attests that Dr. Brescher saved my life when my lung collapsed suddenly. She called him on the phone and he diagnosed me over the phone sent us to the hospital right away. I am now 44 and I take both my kids to Dr. B. The whole practice is excellent. I drive a bit further than I would like but I think it is totally worth it!

The Doctors are very incompetent. If you are a new patient here they will not take the time to read the previous records you bring in. They will try to brush you off to another 'specialist' after they wasted your time initially begging for this and that record. Then will make you keep coming back with no solution to the problem. Nobody has the TIME to take off work to keep coming back in to see doctor after doctor. POOR Customer Service especially when your child's well being is on the line.

I really like all of the staff, I have 4 children and have been seen at this office for 3 years now. They always get me in promptly and the front desk staff are always very nice and accommodating. I have seen a couple of doctors who are less than excellent. All in all wonderful. And I am very picky
