This group came highly recommended from a family friend that has lived in Old Bridge for over three decades. Three doctors and staff are great and very accommodating when needed.

Doctors are good but scheduling and appoinents are always a disaster. They are alway 40 mins or more late for appointments and never even friendly or apologetic for the issues. Just show up an hour late and you'll be right on time.

First receptionist both are nasty and lack customer service also if you need to see a Dr. Better make a appointment a few days out. Took kids to walgreens to get flu shot needed a script they refused saying that they do it but never have a convienient time when walgreens does. Doctors are great but looking for another pediatrician as this office cannot handle all the patients now.

If I could leave this review with no stars I would because that's what this office deserves. What a horrible experience and I wasn't even officially using this office as my pediatrician. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a prenatal consultation to only be called 3 hours before my appointment cancelling it. Was not offered any accommodation for today being that my husband and I both used time to leave work early to make this appointment was told I would have to come a completely different date. I understand things happen and come up unexpectedly but the attitude of the office person on the phone that I received was despicable.

I have been going to PAACNJ since I was born and I am now 22. (I know it's time for a new PCP, but I am milking it as much as I can). I have never had a bad experience here. The staff, nurses, and doctors are one of a kind. They genuinely care about you and your children's well-being. They will do whatever they can to make your child smile while receiving a vaccine. Dr. Salston is my primary and I adore this man. He never fails to make me smile even when I am severely ill. When you find the perfect doctor, it makes it that much harder for you to depart.

I would avoid this practice. Lynn is absolutely obnoxious. She interrupts your first sentence when trying to call for an appointment. My children have been patients since 2010 but I'm looking for another group at the present time. With a severely autistic daughter, I've had many medical appointments. I've encountered a few stressed out front desk workers & nurses which is understandable given the line of work. However, Lynn is simply standoffish & rude.

The only positive feedback would go to Dr. Shih who has been a phenomenal pediatrician to our children for many years, since they were born. However the building was merged with another healthcare who took over the children's waiting room and all the parking spots. You will bring your child in between old people who curse out loud and take children's seats.

Another new rule through the flu season is that when you call, your child will be rejected unless YOU are certain your child has a flu. When I tried to call to request OUR Doctor and schedule an appointment, I was told to call again another time. When I tried to address this with manager Patty, she was extremely rude over the phone and had no hesitation to turn the call to a screaming match instead of appreciating the office's long time patients. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere. You will not want to enter this madness with ill-mannered ladies at the front desk who will never smile at your children.

My kids and I have always had a good experience with them. Very professional, willing to work with us to get our kids in quickly when sick, and kids love their Dr.

HORRIBLE! We have been going there for 11 years since our kids were born. Once they merged with another facility the center went completely downhill. The Staff is absolutely Miserable, obviously overworked, underpaid, frustrated, uneducated, and its very obvious that nobody there behind the desk likes there job considering the attitudes they have developed since the merger.

We will never bring our kids there again. Its way too chaotic for little children and the staff is not educated enough to know how to deal with it. The way the staff deals with the ongoing chaos is to give the PAYING patients attitudes. If you love your children and want to keep your sanity please do not go here.

Doctors were not to thorough. Staff very difficult, not responsive to concerns. Management never available for questions. More interested in payments than the health of the children.
