Horrible front desk customer service. Rude, no manners, very unhelpful. And as far as my experience goes. I was a patient of Dr Troy's. I spent $$ thousands.hundreds on blood tests, nothing was ever figured out or resolved, still after almost 2 yrs I have the same issues even after changing eating habits and everything else she reccomend. Maybe I should have tried a different doctor there?

Poor service. Will cost you a lot and more likely won't be covered by insurance. Recommendations that you can get there very similar what you could find on internet by yourself. If some specific issues with your health if you got something before (like previously surgery affected functions of the body etc) they're more likely could not help you at all. Labs they provide are not very accurate and regular clinics repeated tests may give different results.
The most confusing - If you gathered before visit info about your specific health conditions, you may easily get in situation that you understand and could explain more to the doctors than doctors there will tell you (of course, you may feel the same way at regular doctors visits but from expensive naturopath clinic you probably have different expectation before visit them).

I was very hopeful this would be a good fit for me, as I am somewhat non traditional when it comes to medicine and the idea of having many modalities in one location appealed greatly. The Pro- Dr. Cole seemed very knowledgeable and a kind soul. The cons-It was more traditional medicine than not. The billing company they use is rarely there to actually speak to.
And last but not least, one of the ladies who drew my blood talked about god. her and her husband's involvement with religion, and the great need for it these days, the entire time I sat there hostage with a needle in my arm. That is not professional. She had no idea if I was a kindred spirit or completely disagreed with her views. After three disappointing visits and a thousand dollars, I canceled my next appointment.
