Dr Klien is wonderful, just impossible to see. Office staff could be more forthcoming on status of her appointments and if running late. Don't want to change practices, but not being able to make an appointment in a reasonable amount of time will do that.

Margaret Hamilton is just absolutely wonderful. Not only is she a fantastic dermatologist, but she is so incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. So personable. The office is so lucky to have her!

My daughter, husband, & I have been patients of this practice since it began about 20 years ago. I see Dr. Putoff and I could not ask for a more knowledgeable, compassionate, and personable physician. She is patient and kind in explaining issues and answering questions. She doesn't rush you and listens to your concerns. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Putoff.

The other providers there are also wonderful and I have always found the front office staff to be patient, helpful, and polite. I'm so grateful to be a patient in this practice and I have been in healthcare for 40 years so I do know the difference. Thank you Dr. Putoff & all of Brownsboro Dermatology. 5 stars across the board!

Margaret Hamilton NP is hands down the best at what she does! She found a melanoma that was overlooked by another dermatologist. She is thorough and answers any questions that come her way. These days it seems hard to find anyone that's compassionate in the medical profession. She is!

Love Dr. Klein! She is very thorough and has a very pleasant personality. Welcomes questions. Office staff is very nice. Am baffled by the very negative reviews.

Dr. Todd is very, very thorough and careful with her examinations. I never feel rushed nor has she ever sped up a visit because of other patients waiting even on the busiest days. Covid precautions in place now at the office are very careful and reassuring. Masks and spacing are required. My experience with the office staff has always been very pleasant.

This seems to be a busy practice so it's usually necessary to leave a message for a call back but not always. If you don't hear back within 24 hours, CALL AGAIN! I always leave my name, my birth date, the name of the Dr I see, the day, date and time of my call and the reason for my call. It helps the staff with their return call.

While the doctor is fine, stay clear of this office. The unethical billing practices and incompetent customer support is not worth it. The staff that handles calls is unable to answer your questions and simply offers to have a manager call. They will not call. Additionally, they bill the insurance company in ways that nets them the most money, not in the correct way.

In fact, after multiple attempts to get my visit coded as a screening (what I called in for), they told me that they do not offer screenings and people only come to them if they have a problem. They recommended I go to a general doctor for an annual skin screening. I have changed my family's care out of their hands and recommend you do the same.

Ok, how come nobody has called me back after my daughter's biopsy? I have called five times. I keep getting the run-around? Do I have to make a trip down there just to get the results? If you can't tell me by phone then send something by mail. It has been almost an entire month now that we have been awaiting her results. For crying out loud contact your patients and follow-up like good doctors.

I had a great visit with APRN Michelle Hannigan. She made me feel comfortable, and was very patient with my long windedness. She is knowledgeable, and gave me some great advice. Mary on the phone was very nice, and I felt welcomed in their beautiful office space. Recommended!
