I struggled with really bad/poor vision from 13-45 yrs old- heavy glasses requiring "thinnest possible lenses" always! I feel like what Dr. Bucci does is a true miracle! After having new lenses inserted- I didn't feel any pain; After a couple days my vision was excellent. I can wake up in the middle of the night & see automatically without reaching for my glasses. I'm impressed!

.BUCCI Sucks. He operated on my eye and I left his office with an Infection. The pain was Terrible. I tried to contact him and he was no where to be found. I had an appointment the next day and told him how my eye was and he said to give it some time. He told me to come back in a week. I went to Wills Eye in Philadelphia and they had to Drain the Infection and Inject Antibiotics into my eye to try to save it.

They said If I waited the week the Infection could have blinded my eye. They told me the infection did do some damage to my eye. I now cannot see as good as I did before he operated on me. Total Nightmare. He has cost me good vision, pain, stress, anxiety, and thousands of dollars out of pocket and I still cannot see good out of my eye. He never even got in touch with me to see how I was doing.

Find yourself a Doctor that cares about his patients, not one that is running an Assembly Line. It's all about the Money, You are only a Number and Dollar signs at his practice.

Customer service is very rude and disrespectful. Never return calls and thinks it's ok to cancel an 2 month appointment the day of the darn appointment

I had the worst experience going to Dr. Bucci. More interested on how much he can get out of you and not your care. Had cataract surgery and he never explained anything about the procedure just how much the lenses would cost. Had 1st one and felt everything. Went back in two weeks for the other eye. Told anesthesiologist that I felt the 1st one and didn't want to feel anything on this one.

It was worse and the pain was so bad. Having nothing but problems now and going to a new eye surgeon to fix. Hated the whole experience. It was like an assembly line and no one cared about you, just about billing you.

Dr. Bucci has just recently done lasik surgery on my son and we're beyond satisfied with the results. Himself along with his staff are very helpful and professional. They do excellent work, we've been using their service for the last 10 years and will continue to go to them.

I didn't know what to expect when getting the lasik surgery, it's quick, no pain, and Dr Bucci was so professional and clear about the procedure, today 20 years later I'm still going strong, .only downside is it's expensive but it works. Lol

Please don't go to Dr Bucci, If I can save one person from going through what am going through it will help me knowing my horror story saved someone else! He ruined my eyes! I can't see near or far now! I use to see good enough that I only needed glasses at night! Now I have chronic inflammation in both eyes and had to go to a retina specialist and am scared my eyes will never be the same!

I am a woman and never wore much makeup but everyone complemented my eyes I use to wear mascara to make my lashes stand out, now I can't even wear that! This has been a long on going nightmare! He left me in operating room with eye taped open while he had lunch even the nurse said how long does it take to eat soup! My eye was left eye the one that was worse then right eye, Well after surgery I called went in they said it was ok, so went for right eye thinking I just didn't give left eye time to heal he had them call me to come one hour early, I live 45 minutes away so I went an hour early he did the same thing to me!

When he finally came in I was to say the least very upset and let him know it now my good eye the right is worse then the left? Still going to specialist! It's been months now and my vision is worse! I wish I never went to him my nightmare still ongoing!

I can see, no more driving by sound. [roll down the window, turn the car off to see whats coming ] don, t worry the insurance company's make sure your in this condition before paying forward to save lives. there are still 20 million drivers left listening at the intersection. Thank you Dr Belanger and Dr. Bucci for recommending this procedure was necessary. It, s 4 days since the surgery. It seems my eye is a good as when I was 18 years old. D U I is a crime, driving with cataracts and 20/40 vision is legal and in the on coming lane.

I brought my Dad here for cataract amd Lasik surgery. I waited for over 5 hours for him to get done. We had to be here for 8:30am. They took him up to the surgery floor right away but I received no updates.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Buccui and his staff. I'm so pleased that I listened to my girl friend that had lasik done there. I can see as if I was watch HD TV. BEST DECISION I made was to go with Bucci Laser Vision.

Last year around March 2017 my son went for a free consultation to see if he can be a candidate for lasik at the lasik vision institute in philly. My son at the time was 19 he wanted to join the navy but got turned down by meps because of his eyes. After 3 hours of testing they said his eyes are constantly changing because of his age, so for him to come back next year.

My son went Back March of 2018 again went through all the testing and again said he wasnt a candidate because his eyes are still changing to come back in a year or 2 As you can imagine how frustrated we were. We weren't giving any options at all. This time we were smart and said let's get a second opinion. Which we shouldve done the year before but we trusted these people.

If your a doctor and a specialist and know everything about the eyes then you should've given options not say sorry try again. Well we got our second opinion at Dr bucci laser vision in Wilkes-Barre. He went for his free consultation and he wasnt a candidate for lasik at that moment because his astigmatism was real bad. But they gave him options and hope my son a few days later got surgery to remove the astigmatism and in 3 months after his eyes heal he will be getting lasik and finally my son can join the navy and his hopes are finally up.

I recommend to anybody bucci lasik in Wilkes-Barre. Their very reasonable in pricing and they work with you they might be just a little bit more expensive buts it's reasonable and you get quality care and many options they don't turn people away they bring back your hopes and dreams. Thank you Dr bucci and to staff for making the surgery a pleasesnt experience for my son.

I had a horrible experience at Dr. Bucci's. Him nor his staff deserve any stars! I had a stye removed 4 years ago and he was more like a butcher. He kept me waiting for more than 3 hours. He left half of the stye there that led to more problems. I never received a follow up phone call. He even flaked on my follow up appointment.

This doctor is an absolute disgrace. He is extremely rude to his patients and truly only cares about patients that he can maximize profits on. I would definitely not waste your time or jeopardize your health.

This dr bucci makes you believe your going to see like superman, when in fact, its the opposite. he has 2.5 stars for a reason. its an assembly line organization, your nothing but a taxi fare next in line. there is no one on one here. the whole shtick that your going to see great with his new methods is nothing but bs. i still cant see correctly and the other eye dr's in the area WILL NOT even see you to correct his foul ups if you were a previous patient of his. this whole operation is a scam. AVOID HIM AND HIS ORGANIZATION AT ALL COSTS. IF YOU DONT, YOU'LL BE SORRY.

The customer service here is the worst, my wife has been wearing prescription contacts for 30+ years and after her apt her new prescription for contacts was never finalized meaning she would have to come back and demonstrate the ability to put them in and take them out before she can order more lenses. let me repeat my wife HAS SUCCESSFULLY worn contact lenses for over 30 years, now that she needs to order more lenses. SAME PERSCRIPTION they say she needs to SCHEDULE a VISIT to demonstrate the capability to take them out and put them in, oh and the DR she needs to see is only available on Monday mornings, What a sham. so would I recommend this office, NO I would not!

Dr Bucci & his staff r awesome. My daughter was born with congenital cataracts which were removed at Wills Eye when she was 3 yrs old. We lived near the Lehigh valley area & were referred to Dr M. T.he promised my daughter every 2 years that the nxt time he'd see her he'd put implants in.then he finally just said no we must wait till shes done growing @ age 18.

We went to c him 2 wks aft her 18th bday. He said Dr L. is doing surgery now & he said no. come back when she's 22. This had become nothing but one disappointment aft another. We recently relocated to Scranton & I made her an appointment with Dr Bucci. At age 21. He examined her fully & reported b4 I told him our story that she could of had implants a long time ago. U can imagine how happy & upset we were to hear that.

I'm happy to report she's getting her 2nd eye done today. No more coke bottle thick glasses, no more $650 a pr Contacts ( the insur. Wouldn't cover consid. Cosmetic) Lesson learned.but it won't take back all the years of kids teasing her & her agoraphobia now.
