Very friendly office staff. They were very helpful with retrieving some records for me that were needed for my visit that didn't seem to want to show up from my Doctors office. Dr Ergas answered all my questions and was very efficient. Great prices on frames and lenses.

Very professional and friendly. I had a problem with my right eye which really concerned me and they got me in the next day. After a very thorough examination they put me at ease that what I had experienced was not uncommon and would clear up. Thank you for all your staff treating me so nicely.

Seeing employees who work for this company are patting themselves on the back with 5 star reviews instead earning it through good customer service. Reported for conflict of interest.

My vision was going and I didn't have insurance or the money to do anything. I needed someone to help me find the resources to get the help I needed. The first Opthamologist office I called obviously only cared about getting paid they were no help. But when I called here they took the time to talk to me and got me started on finding some help. Thanks to them I found out I had access to VA resources.

Because of that I was able to get the surgery I needed. Now instead of being blind in my right eye I have 20/20 in that eye. My left eye is next. Everyone here has been great and you can tell they actually care. I can not recommend them highly enough. So I wanted to add to this review. I now have both eyes done and it's been a long time since my vision has been this good.

All my experiences have continued to be good and I continue to recommend these folks to anyone needing these services. Best in Jacksonville. Just thought in response to another review here I'd make it clear that I am not an employee or related to any employees. I had another appointment today and the staff as always was very helpful and my experience was top notch.

Office manager is Racist and when I called to make a complaint and speak to doctor she intercepted the call.

I was very pleased with our visit. My daughter had a 9 o'clock appointment and was called back by 9:30. Everyone was very pleasant even though they were short staffed. Victoria was so friendly and made my daughter feel so comfortable.

I selected the Office Park Eye Center without any references from friends. I had cataract surgery with Dr. Johnston and I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. I am totally satisfied with my treatment and the service provided by the staff. I made the right choice.

Even with a mask on the front desk recognized me by name. I saw Jennifer and Dr Ergas this morning. I was treated more like a friend than patient.

Showed up for my appointment with my 8 year old son. When I got to the check-in counter I was asked if anyone was able to come get him because they're only allowing one person back at a time. I said no I did not have anyone who could come get him. She went around the corner to ask someone if my son could come back with me and then returned and said. he could not.

I asked what would happen if it was his appointment and she said that then we'd both be allowed back but it's not his appointment so they can't. We were both wearing masks and I don't get how we pose any more of a risk for my appointment than we would if it was his. I waited over a month for this appointment. I will not be returning to a business that goes out of their way to make things hard on customers/patients.

The VA sent a referral finally, we've already been waiting 4 months, only for them to say the earliest appointment is another 2 months. If they can't keep up with the demand in a timely manner then they sure don't need to take VA patients who have already been waiting months.

I purchased glasses and spent over $1,000 and in nine day. I've been back four times to have my frames readjusted. although the frames are causing immense pain on my ears they refuse to correct the frames or take them back they just keep adjusting them which is ridiculous. Do not purchase eyeglasses there as they will not cooperate.

If you have a special-needs person be an amputee or Autism do not come here! My amputee mother and I had an appointment today 50 minutes apart but because my autistic son had to be with us he and my mother had were forced to wait in the car until my appointment was done. I will never come back here again and I am reporting this to the ADA today! If I could leave a zero star I would!

A lot of people were there so it must be good. good eye doctors. I'm always hearing someone raving about their service.

Totally satisfied with the procedure and service received by Alan Szczesniewski D.O. Time to choose eye glasses the tech asked if I liked to read and recommended the progressive lens. The total cost of the glasses $577.00. A lot but it was what the tech assured was the best lens. The glasses were to be ready within the week. After 4 days I was. advised the glasses were in but the measurements were wrong and had to be sent back.

The next week I was advised the glasses were in but the frame was broken. The third week the glasses were in but I could not see with the progressive lens. The tech then advised that not everyone likes them but they would be happy to make a new pair and put in the.

I have sat here waiting to see a doctor for an hour and 40 minutes. This is unheard of. I watching staff clean for closing. I've seen clients be seen before my son. No one has come by to check to see if he has. be seen or if everything okay. I've paid way too much for be forgotten. If we did not need a medical release for work I promise I will not come back here ever again. The only reason I give it a 2 star is because someone who has a lot of time to waste this is the place for you. No sorry for the wait or anything.

I got something stuck in my eye yesterday and went to the emergency room last night. The doctor there told me that he didn't see anything in my eye and was convinced it had fallen out and sent me home. Office eye park center fit me into their schedule when I called them this morning and the doctor removed the particle from my eye. So glad I decided to follow up here, my eye feels so much better now.

Do not go here. Horrible experience. Reception staff was beyond rude to the point of being insulting and degrading. Was charged for fees I was not aware of at the beginning of appointment. Every staff member had a poor attitude. Actual doctor was okay. Find somewhere else to give your money to.

Will never be visiting this business again. Office staff behind the desk are rude and even threatened to not file the insurance paperwork and force me to self-pay! Dr assistants were very proffessional and friendly. The Dr was extremely friendly, but finalized my decission by trying to examine the wrong person!
