We offer a full breadth of cardiology services from expert diagnostics to state of the art treatments. Our philosophy is to prevent long hospitalizations by using minimally invasive techniques as much as possible. Also called EKGs, electrocardiograms are performed by placing electrode patches on the chest and extremities and connecting them to a machine.
What to expect before during and after the visit to see the doctor. Your doctor may not ask for all of this information, but bring as much as you can and it will be helpful to our staff. If you have had imaging studies such as X-rays, CT Scans, or MRIs please bring the CD or DVD of the study with you.

Took me way too long to get through all of the red tape and front desk receptionist bureaucracy to finally get all the tests done and see the doctor. The front desk staff are rude and incompetent. If it wasn't for Dr. Tariq I'd of given this place zero stars - he is professional and honest and caring. Then, after finally getting the feedback that my heart was okay I get saddled with a medical bill of almost $700.00 after my insurance! Overall, basically an unpleasant experience that I will avoid in the future by not returning there again. I refuse to expose myself to poor treatment by their front desk and I cannot afford any more outrageous medical bills like the one I just got!

I was very pleased with my experience at California Heart and Vascular Clinic in El Centro. I can be a very harsh critic of a doctors office and especially the attitude of the staff. This time was a world away from any previous Dr. office experiences elsewhere. It was such a surprise and pleasure to be treated with the highest level of professionalism and care.
They made me feel like I was in safe hands and eveni made me smile when I left, so you can believe they are among the very best in their field. I would highly recommend California Heart and Vascular to all my family and friends. A big thank you to all of them.
