This is the smallest of the offices in Spokane. It's a suite within a large medical building. The reason for 2 stars is that wearing a mask/wearing one inappropriately isn't heavily as forced at this location. Wearing just a plastic face shield isn't adequate, (during this Pandemic caused by the Corona Virus). Air goes under the fully exposed bottom of the face shield and directly into that persons breathing and is released back out.

Same with an upside down bandanna. If you insist on wearing a face shield or anything that is exposed, please wear a proper face mask underneath. Also, the medical building as a whole doesn't in force the mask mandate. Medical teams are taking many extra measures to ensure patient safety and well-being. All we are asked to do is wear a proper face mask, wash/disinfect our hands and to be more aware of possible Covid 19 symptoms.

I will start out that MOST of my experience with CCNW lies between 2013 and 2018 and limited visits since (this in relation to being in remission and being able to move on in life) When I first visited them in 2013, I was full of many questions, an unhealthy amount of concerns, and an uncertain future. I was 32 and afraid because I had no Idea what I was in for.

Cancer typically meant death when I heard about it. One meeting with Doctor Srivalli Gopaluni changed much of this in one visit. The staff was warm and welcoming too, from the receptionists to the nurses. I felt completely at ease with my care and I do not think I could have had any better service! I travel back from Seattle to continue my care because I know how I will be treated there.

Feel less than an human here. I am brand new to breast cancer and feel I have been treated with a cold and callus approach to care. I try to ask question and they go unanswered. This place has left me feel scared and alone. I never know who I am going to see, and when I call I never know who I am going to talk to. Trying to get on at another ccna. Hopefully I can find a team

I've had it with this place. I've been patient through the holidays but my doctor and this clinic act like they don't even want to treat me. They don't communicate and no one there seems to like their job. I requested a change of doctor and location this morning.

The receptionist and front desk staff seemed a lot more unhelpful and less compassionate than the south side staff. Particularly the receptionist made no attempt to be friendly, almost unwelcoming.
