Fort Worth Heart is pleased to announce the addition of Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Majid Asawaeer to our growing practice. We look forward to continuing to serve the community for many years to come. I enjoy coming to see Dr. Padala because of the excellent care he provides as well as his "bed side manner" and attention to details. He asks all the right questions and answers my questions completely. When I came here I was scared to death Dr. Padala & his staff made my experience very comfortable!

Unimaginable inconsideration. Mother, (89 years old and in a wheelchair) had to wait 3 1/2 hours in the waiting room to be seen. This was after THEY had re-scheduled the appt THREE times. When she finally went in, she saw the PA, not even the doctor, and this was all to tell her that the results of her previous tests came out fine. A ten minute talk for a 3 hour wait! Never again!

If i could leave a negative review i would. This is the absolute worst cardiologist center in Fort Worth to say the least! We have made two appointments and both were canceled last minute because "The doctor was not in". When you make an appointment for someone, you may want to see if the doctor is working that day/time. Ridiculous

Scheduled 3 separate appointments with Dr Padala and only actually got to see him once. Too many bad doctor characteristics outta that guy. Had to fire him as my cardiologist.

Fort Worth Heart imay or may not have good physicians - the major problem is the lack of office efficiency. Geting someone to call you back is a miracle. There is no follow-up, no empathy and the employees are either inept or the firm is seriously understaffed. ( This has been going on since pre-covid.) I finally moved to another cardiologist not associated with Fort Worth Heart and was amazed at the difference.

At the other cardiologist's office, I received competent, caring visits and call-backs - my records were maintained and accessible. (I ave yet to get any of my records transferred from FW Heart). If you are a Fort Worth Heart physician, I suggest you consider moving your practice or becoming seriously involved in reworking your office infrastructure. Call in a consultant, get more employees, update your systems - whatever it takes is better than what you have now. ARRGH.

Such a disappointment! Such a waste of time and long drive! I arrived before my scheduled 3:15 new appointment only to wait an additional 45 minutes before I took my paperwork from the clipboard and left. Dr. James George was recommended by a friend but it's obvious that my friend haven't been in this office in awhile. Dr. James George if you allow your office staff to schedule new patient appointments, please be considerate of my time just as you would want me to be considerate of your time, which is why I arrived early! For NOTHING! But Never Again!

If I could leave a negative rating, I would. I don't think they deserve 1 star! This place is run horribly! It is THE WORST practice that I have ever had the misfortune to run across. Getting the staff to return calls is like asking to win the lottery. I have some pretty serious heart issues and have gotten the run around for 8 months from my doctor. His NP needs to return to school! I finally gave up and found another cardio practice to go to.

Unprofessional making me jump hoops trying to get someone to schedule an appointment with. When when I finally have an appointment and have to wait a month for it, the week of the appointment I get side hit with having to reschedule because the doctor is not there and this is all through text. How can I trust someone with my heart if they change their minds after making people bend over backwards to even get an appointment.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I was given a referral for an important matter. An appointment was made right away. A short time later, the office called me to tell me the doctor wasn't in the office that day and they needed to reschedule. I work overnight shifts and am rarely able to do business over the phone during regular business hours. I called back after hours and left a detailed message explaining even I was available for an appointment and what times I couldn't be seen.

They called me back to tell me they had scheduled the appointment for 2pm. A time I specified that I was not available due to another appointment. I called back and left another message, but the call was never acknowledged. I started awake one morning so that I could call and speak to a person live. I explained what was going on and she was very helpful, scheduling me for a day four days later, late in the afternoon.

I arrived ten minutes early for today's appointment, only to be told that I didn't have an appointment. That I was marked as a no show for two appointments earlier in the day, and there was no record of the call with the lady who made this appointment. I was asked to wait, then told they could go ahead and see me anyway. Teen minutes later, I was told they couldn't see me after all, and offered to reschedule.

I told them to forget it, called my doctor and asked for a referral to a different office. The lady at the window was nice and apologetic, but it doesn't change the fact that there is utter incompetence going on behind the scenes. Reading the reviews, this is a common problem here. If they can't get scheduling taken care of, I'm supposed to trust them with my heart health? I don't think so, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else does either.

My grandfather and grandmother have been calling for days about getting a refill for my grandfather's heart regulator medication after the pharmacy stated that they were not receiving any type of response from the office either. Though my grandparents like the doctor, the front staff has no professionalism and total disregard for a patience well being.

Even as far as to make jokes in front of guest on the waiting room regarding how people keep calling several times for refills. If they would 1 answer the phone, 2 answer the pharmacy, there wouldn't be any issues. The front office staffs lack of compassion shows they are not in the right field of employment.
